This is a total scam from China!!
This is a total scam from China!!! Do not order. The jewelry is cheap and not what is advertised. The site says ethically sourced freshwater pearls. They are NOT! The shapes of the pearls are EXACTLY THE SAME, which is impossible in nature. They are cheap, light plastic. You will NOT get the entire shipment. The only way to get any king of action is to report to PayPal if you paid that way. Wake up. American buyers. Do NOT ORDER anything BEFORE YOU CHECK TRUSTPILOT FIRST!!!!!
My favorite Birthday Present
My dad got me an initial necklace from Avaria and I love it so much. I love that the font and size of the pendant
If I could give this company a zero…
If I could give this company a zero star review I would. First of all their jewelry is also sold on other websites for quarter of the price. I ordered 4 items I only received 3. I wrote them an email they said the missing item might be stuck in the bag. Told me to take a pic of what I got, not sure how that will help them of help me prove if the item is missing. They better refund me $65 for my crappy earrings or I’ll be pissed.
Company had great service and good quality
Amazing quality for the price, fourth order for me!
SCAM. Stay Away - Save your money and Time
I have placed my order since 03/12 and still have not received anything.
There is no information at all for a week now whenever I try to track it.
Order is being sent from China.
Totally scam and unacceptable.
Was hoping to receive it before Christmas but I doubt now I will receive anything at all.
Very disappointed. Cheap quality. Bent Jewelry.
Very disappointed. The quality was cheap and poorly made. The ring on the far right arrived bent and didn’t even fit on the finger. One of the rings wasn’t the correct size at all—it was closer to a size 4 instead of a 5. Overall, this set felt low quality and not worth the price. Don’t waste your money. Trying to get help after the purchase has been a complete waste of time.
Terrible quality and dodgy company
I bought the Sara pearl earrings based on the reviews on the avaria website. Within days of normal wear, some rhinestones fell off and it looks terrible and cheap now. I submitted a negative review on the website with a picture but they didn’t publish it. I then submitted a complaint asking for a refund for the poor quality if they weren’t even going to publish my review for other potential buyers but that was also not acknowledged. Just go elsewhere for your jewellery and save yourself the headache.
Scammy
The website says "ethically produced", but the package came straight from China. Bought a "waterproof" ring that lost its color in two weeks. Got a replacement, and it's basically the same ring, but still different than the ring I got before.
Another ring I bought lost two stones in two weeks of use. The customer service didn't give me a replacement, because the order was placed over 30 days ago. Don't recommend this company.
Man I wish I had read these reviews…
Man I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. I was so excited to get my daughters their birthstone necklaces. They arrived in a cheap, tangled mess. Clearly, this company is not what they pretend to be. Beware! I emailed them and it sounds like I won’t be getting much help… so disappointing
Returning costs more than the item
I ordered a ring that turned out to be very poor quality and uncomfortable to wear — nothing like what was presented on the website.
When I attempted to return it, I was informed that I must pay international return shipping to the UK costing $47, while the ring itself cost $45.
This makes returning the item more expensive than the purchase itself.
The company refused to provide a prepaid return label or any reasonable return option. The only alternatives offered were a 30% refund or store credit, which is unacceptable for an item that does not meet quality expectations.
This return policy effectively makes returns impossible and feels misleading.
I strongly recommend being cautious before ordering, as you may be stuck paying more to return an item than it’s worth.
Jewellery is sent from China
Jewellery is sent from China. I placed an order on 18th November, it arrived on 4th Dec.
The items looked as in the photographs, but the quality is light and cheap. Not to the standard expected for these prices.
Honestly I thought I was buying Atolea…
Honestly I thought I was buying Atolea jewellery as I’ve never had a problem.. The Avaria Jewellery was definitely not great quality at all.. I contacted them straight away and they gave me 30% of as shipping to USA was going to be expensive and a hassle.. I would buy products from them again.
Trash & Fake Products - Stay AWAY
Total trash and plastic gems used. They glue the gems in which then pop out later and they refuse to do anything about it. The first piece of jewelry broke after day 4 of wearing it and the plastic jewel popped out. At day 31 the necklace just broke without me just standing around and the plastic green "emerald" fell out.
This is a scam of a company who sells face crap
Cheap looking Jewellery. Waste of money
1 item was missing in the parcel. It took them a while to send it. Everything I ordered looks cheap and nothing like the photos. They come from China. As I was embarrassed to wear them, they went straight to a charity shop. It is waste of money.
SCAM
SCAM. I bought 4 things, either came from England or China. Took weeks, within 5 days 3/4 things were tarnished. The ring was 2 sizes too small and they offer a "coupon" if you dont want to spend an arm and a leg sending back to ENGLAND! Ended up giving me 1/2 off back. SCAM.
Bad customer service
I brought $100 plus jewelry and bracelets did not fit my wrist, they are like child bracelets. I emailed them for refund and that is when they told me they are located in the UK. It will cost me more to send them back. They offered me to keep them For 30% discount and they have the nerve to tell me told refund was $8. Scam !!!!!
Awful customer service clunky jewellery AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
I bought lots of jewellery and the reality was clunky and nothing like the pictures. Even worse they made returns incredibly difficult (still waiting for refund even though they made me prove with tracking that rings arrived ten days ago!) Hope I get a refund.
Awful awful customer service and not great jewellery. Avoid like the plague!
PLEASE don't buy from these people I…
PLEASE don't buy from these people I purchased a ring that twice the stone fell out and they returned it once. I asked them for the money back and they No, please stay away. There policy is a joke after 30 days you are literally on your own.
Cheap! And they don’t stand by their products
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a ring just two months ago, and it has already broken. I wrote to them and they said there is nothing they can do. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality.
I’ve bought several pieces from this company in this order, and I do not feel confident in their products. The fact that they don’t stand by what they sell is unacceptable. I feel let down and won’t be purchasing from them again.
The ring was $58 CAD - or as they call it - “affordable”. Regardless, it should last more than 2 months (truthfully I only wore it a few weeks) and a company should stand by their products.

False advertising and poor quality
False advertising and poor quality – do not trust this brand
I purchased earrings from Avaria after reading on their website that their products are “high quality” and backed by a lifetime color warranty. The truth is very different. The earrings tarnished after just a few days of use — not once, but twice, since I already went through one replacement.
This is not a matter of bad luck or a single defective item. It clearly shows that the products are not what the company advertises. The quality is extremely poor, and it feels like customers are being misled into believing they are buying something authentic, when in reality it is not.
To make matters worse, Avaria refuses to issue a refund, even though the problem is clearly on their side. They insist on offering replacements, which is pointless since the issue happens again and again.
I am writing this review as a warning to others: do not trust the marketing claims on their website. What you will receive does not match the description, and the company does not stand behind its promises.
