Do not buy from them

Do not buy from them. What you see is not what you get. Customer services is not great! No live ppl to talk to. And they don’t stand behind their products. You end up getting stuck with items you can’t use plus the cost!! I purchased 3 items and they gave me a pair of earrings for free. When I received them only one item was what it appeared to be in the photo. And the free earrings were awful. I understood why it was free. I am not even gonna talk about the delivery. Trust me on this don’t waste your time or money

I started with a ring and went back

I started with a ring, got the size wrong and customer service gave me 3 options for return/exchange. Got another ring which I love, to match two of my real gold rings. Looks perfect! I then got a bracelet. Great products! I’m really pleased!! And you can mix and match with real jewellery that it blends in perfectly.

Beautiful jewelry

I am happy with my necklaces and the customer service I received. It started out rocky due to miscommunication but it has been rectified.

Difficult Returns - Don't trust "Easy Returns"

Avaria pastes "Easy Returns" all over their website but NO WHERE on their website do they state that returns will have to be made to Manchester, England with tracking. Three small items would have cost me $87.00 to return. They send product from the USA but require you to make returns out of the country - I believe to discourage Returns. I just wanted to exchange my items for three different items but paying $87.00 is what I would have had to pay to do this. That is NOT Easy Returns!!!! The return policy is not transparent and unethical.

Bad customer service

Order was placed on 12/14/24 saying it would arrive before Christmas. It arrived 12/29/24. We decided to return the items and sent a Email on 1/3/25 and the responded on 1/3/25. They wanted additional information including pictures which I sent. All emails sent including the one they requested have been blocked. I have sent many more emails that have all been blocked. I have filed a dispute with my CC provider hoping for a resolution.

Hi Denny,

We received your response and we simply requested pictures for a piece that you told us had issues. We will offer a prompt replacement free of charge for any issues with out pieces. You also said that you were blocked, however this is not the case. We did not block you. We looked at the bounced emails and it was because you mispelled jewelry in our email. You put "jewelery" instead of "jewelry". When you mispell email addresses, the messages do not hit our inbox and we are unable to respond to you.

DO NOT ORDER W/ EXPECTATION OF GETTING ITEMS ANY TIME SOON: ALL PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED DIRECTLY FROM CHINA

I placed my order on February 1, 2025. The company states clearly on their webpage that customers in the US can expect orders "United States: Expect your order in 6 - 12 working days."

THIS IS NOT ACCURATE. After placing my order that was (for Valentine's Day), I received a 3rd party email saying that my product was in China and the estimated delivery date was April. When I reached out to the company to cancel my order, the response was "means that your order was already dropped off at our third-party logistics center since the shipping label was generated". So they were not willing to cancel my order or offer a refund. I must now wait until the order arrives and then return the items.

The company also informed me that "Our average delivery timeframe is 8 to 14 days upon shipment, and once the package arrives in the U.S., it is handed over to USPS for final delivery. While we strive to ensure timely shipping, we hope you understand that we do not have control over the courier’s delivery schedule."

I am confident that this will not be the case as we are already 7 days into the process and the tracking shows that it has just "departed the sort facility in China". I KNOW that a large number of the products we use in the US come from China. Yet, what upsets me most is that this company appears to have NO PRODUCTS on hand. Therefore any Valentine's Day marketing is misleading and their shipping FAQs are flat out false.

The company has been cordial in their communication but given all of the challenges with China/US, it is clear that the shipment of goods will be delayed. The company knows this but is still trying to sell goods as though they have items in stock in the US. Any company that is depending upon direct ship from China, should be transparent with its customers BEFORE they take your money. That is only fair and reasonable. The marketing, website, and FAQs for this company are all extremely misleading while also unfair to consumers.

Hi, our average delivery times is on average 6-12 working days. Most orders arrive within 5 business days. We have reached out to you via email and everywhere else you have left us a review for your order number. However, you still have not gave us any information about your order. There isn't a way for us to confirm who you are or look up your order to provide support.

Don't do it

I ordered jewelry on January 15th, and I didn't get it until February 6th. When I messages customer service about concerns on the delivery of my package and how the tracking info hasn't been updated in a week, I received no response. Now that I received the jewelry, the silver hoops I bought look IDENTICAL to my implant grade titanium hoops I bought on etsy. I wouldn't be surprised they are in fact, implant grade titanium. I'd love to return them but the headache of going through the return process is not worth it. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this company.

No delivery no customer support

I have tried contacting them via email (the only way). Supposed to hear back same day, I didn't. Their tracker on your confirmation email leads to a Chinese platform (very scary). UPS has no record of it. Order placed 1/8 and NOTHING. Very very disappointed as I am a repeat customer. So now, I will stop payment.

Never again

I ordered my birthstone necklace and ring. You cannot even tell the color of the stone on either one. I also ordered a gold bracelet, which is more like a child’s bracelet very thin could barely see it on my wrist. The color gold doesn’t show up. I have medium dark skin by other order consisted of earrings. One of the earrings would not close contacted customer service. They promised a 30% refund and a replacement of the earring I did not get 30% refund. I got half of that. They did send replacement earrings but again one of them did not close properly. I have reached out about the 30% And have not heard back from customer service. Their company is in the UK to pay to return anything is just not worth it because the shipping is costly if you can find another jewelry company similar to this online or on Facebook I would never order from them again and they probably know it by now

No presents for Christmas

Hello Reader. I ordered matching necklaces for my sisters and me December 10. Christmas passed and now it’s December 27, and my jewelry is stuck hundreds of miles away from my at a sorting center. I was excited for the tarnish free jewelry but that soured with their shipping company. After Jan 20, 2025, i am sure I won’t order from this company as the Trump Administration will impose Tariffs (Taxes). Increase tax and poor shipping! When the heck will I receive my order 😡

Avaria Jewelry Scam

I am frustrated and disappointment regarding my order placed on December 3rd—16 days ago—which has yet to arrive. The tracking information provided states “ACCESS DENIED,” and I have been unable to get any clarity or assistance from .the company

At this point, it appears that the order will not be delivered. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I now feel as though I have been misled by Avaria Jewelry which is most likely a scam. I have now requested a refund of my £70.

To resolve this promptly, we can:

Reship your items at no extra cost.
Work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue further and ensure delivery is successful.
Process a refund if preferred.
Please reach out to us directly at our support email with your order details, and we’ll address this immediately. We value your feedback and ask for the opportunity to resolve this before a final judgment is made.

I always come to check on trustpilot…

I always come to check on trustpilot before to purchase somewhere. It is vrry nice to see everyone's experiences.
I tried with their blackfriday deal so I would not loose so much in case it was a scam.
All the jewellry that I ordered arrived.
- It took an extreme long time to arrived.
- it has been shipped from China.
So I am not sure about the quality of their products.

However everything looks exactly like the picture, they look qualitative and durable. Nothing missing from my order.

So I would say that from now (one week after my order arrived) I am pleasantly surprised and happy about my purchase. I do think that they are quite on the expensive side for what it is though.
Therefore only 4 stars.

But I'll try to purchase again 🙂

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. The product took weeks to arrive and when it did the clasp was broken. They said they’d send me another one and they sent me a cheaper version of the product that did not match the online pictures or descriptions at all. They then wanted me to pay for shipping to return it. Do not buy from this company.

A pair of earrings turned in just 1

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings. Received my order but each pouch contained only 1 earring instead of a pair. How can I wear only 1 earring? I have a picture of what I received. This is Order AJ49049. I was very excited about my order, but understandably very disappointed when I opened my pouch. Asking for a refund.

Zero 0 stars!

Zero stars, not one!
This company is a scam. The quality is very bad for the price and they ship from China, it takes weeks to arrive.
I ordered 4 products and one was missing and one came faulty. They wanted me to pay for returning faulty item.
They don’t state where they are based(on purpose they hide it and make it look it’s from the UK as it’s all in British pounds) as it makes impossible to return the items without you paying a fortune to send back their trashy items.
They offered me 30% refund to keep the items and I spent £90.
Avoid at all costs to buy from this scam company.
Do not let them take your money!
Update. After they knew I wrote a review here they were all apologetic saying it was all a misunderstanding, I managed to get a refund sorted. I still believe they are very shady about how they lie and do business and their products are very bad quality for the price.

Very happy with my order

I just received my order. It took about 13 days to ship. So far I'm pleased with my purchase. The pieces look exactly as on the website. They came exaclty like said- in a cardboard box with each individual piece in its own pouch. Something I noticed though is when tracking my order it said it's being shipped from China, which I don't how ''ethically sourced'' it is (from what i read they're based in the US).
