The Intelligent Choice

In a tough economy enterprises look for ways to save without leaving services hanging; as like a car, Technology depreciate so rapidly that it would be stupid not to take advantage of it. Aventis provide great hardware, service and support at a price that cant be beaten.
For every project i turn to them as it enable me to get far superior hardware specs that i would get if i was buying brand new. All in all i have never been disappointed by there services and will be continuing doing business with them for as long as i can.

Re-seller misrepresented their product…

Re-seller misrepresented their product on Amazon. I ordered a refurbished computer system advertised as 2018 Dell tower. Found out it was actually manufactured in 2014. When received it was missing the keyboard and mouse. I notified seller of issue and they promptly offered a wireless keyboard and mouse upgrade and $100 if I would remove my unfavorable feedback. I agreed with the offer and complied by taking down my review. Received a regular keyboard and mouse and never got the $100 credit. They never responded to another email. Contacted Amazon. The said seller violated the rules by asking to take down feedback. Very untrustworthy. Do not buy product from Aventis Systems.

Our Amazon listing may of mislead you and we recognize that and are making the necessary changes on our store to better communicate our refurbishing process. The Dell T1700 you purchased was indeed manufactured in 2014 but was refurbished in 2018.

We spoke with our CEO and CS team regarding this review and we were informed that they indeed have taken the necessary steps to make this right for you. We sent you a brand new wireless mouse and keyboard along with a $100 refund that sometimes takes 1-2 days to process it should be on your original method of payment, not in your Amazon account. We also did not solicit you to remove your review in exchange for making this right, we simply asked after processing your refund and sending you the missing components if you would update your review, not delete it. Asking for an updated review is not a violation of Amazon's seller's terms and conditions.

Aventis Systems is a small business of just over 50 employees and we have been growing rapidly specifically when it comes to our Amazon store. We are relatively new to Amazon and are learning every day how to better ourselves as a company selling on their platform, and you sharing your experience is helping us do just that.

Order this product model but get another product model and delay shipping

I order the dell MD3800F 2 units. I've completed to confirm spec and payment done. After that, I waited for about 1 month.
I received only 1 item and not MD3800F. The Aventis System sent me the MD3820F instead without letting me know before. I informed the sales person and opened the case with the support team.
I waited for a reply for more than 1 week but no updates back.
And suddenly the second MD3820F was sent to me again but I refused to accept the product because it was not exactly as I agreed to order from the beginning. I'm worried that Aventis Systems will abandon me, cheat me and including non-professional work.

Where is my Dell MD3800F ??
Avantis must be responsible and resolve this problem for me urgently.

sales department/technicians don't talk!!

The sales department/technicians that put the system together/software technician do not talk to one another! this cause some one to change the bios on the motherboard so that normal use of drives and software is precluded!! i.e. the 2-4TB sata drives are being used in a raid 0 environment. One drive has been made into a drive that is partitioned to run as 2 virtual 2TB drives!
the second 4TB .was told no new windows system can ever be installed as will wipe out the drives. Someone took a lot of time and effort to do so!!!.. not worth the $$$ to return this and have the bios on the motherboard fixed and have access to the raid 1 drives.. just an ignorant situation. they could have called about the weird raid bios setup first!!! why didn't someone call when this weird installation happened

They will be more than happy to walk through your requirements for specifications to ensure you are getting a compatible device.

Upon speaking with our customer service team regarding this situation it appears the system you had ordered was not compatible for what you were trying to accomplish with it. You did not specify the need for a RAID 0 environment, it is extremely rare we are asked to build a system this way, so we always standard build to RAID 1.

Our technicians attempted to work with you toward a solution by letting you return the device so we can reconfigure it to your needs, but you refused to return the device. They attempted to try to troubleshoot with your over the phone which was proven difficult to both parties due not having access to the visuals on either end.

The offer still stands if you would like to return the device and let us reconfigure it to your needs please give us a call.

After I received the unit both power…

After I received the unit both power supplies failed. After contacting their support group they did a fantastic job getting the server back, replacing the power supplies, and tested. I now have the system up and running with no issues. The only thing I would recommend is to ensure that the Service Desk has access to all systems that customers are in as there were a few issues with tracking of trouble tickets and them not being able to find me. However, over all a great experience as always.

Wrong product! No luck resolving

Paid for Next day shipping. They shipped the wrong product and won't reimburse the next day shipping. Really nice customer service, but no results.

Overall

Overall, easy to navigate your site and choose options. The only problem was with your shipping. Ordered on 29th of November, your site said 2 to 3 days to process and for building etc...

I got a notification that it was shipped on the 4th of December and delivery on the 6th. I called on the 7th because the FedEx site changed to pending for delivery. I sent an email to customer service and support on the 6th. Person I spoke with on the 7th told me he saw my emails and would contact shipping and get back to me by end of day.

On the 8th, no call back and then I checked FedEx and the updated delivery was the 11th of December.Still no call back from anyone.

I haven't started my project yet, due to scheduling with client. As soon as that's completed, I will update if I can.

I may purchase from them again, I have in the past, but that was some time ago. Depends how things go with the server setup.
