Aventis systems offers a failed configurations in servers
Aventis systems have many solutions in servers incompatibles in memory type and CPU models. I buy a promotions offered for aventis. Buy one and get one (bogo). In this promotions they offered the processor intel xeon L5520 with memory 1333MHz. The servers has been received but memory is 8500R (1066MHz) and never I was never notified of the change. When I complain that I did not get what I asked for on my bill they indicate that they are incompatible (since they promoted and armed the solution). they asked me to solve the problem I must buy another CPU. They have not sent me the memory I bought yet.

No documentation or customer service included as part of $4K sale
Received equipment -- no bill of sale, no manual, no inspection report, no documentation of any kind included in the box on a ~$4K sale.
Purchased "deployment/installation" service. Had to follow up after receiving equipment, at which point repeated inquiries did not result in anyone who was aware of what that service included or offered. After several weeks, I was able to obtain a refund, which I was grateful for.
I purchased an expensive server, which has complex requirements and options. I was not able to reach anyone to talk through my purchase. Basically just customer service reps that could point to the website with available options, or reference my receipt to what I purchased. Would have been nice to have someone available to talk through the technical details with.

Ordered a copy of Win 10 from Aventis
Ordered a copy of Win 10 from Aventis. Got the key in a short amount of time and it worked without issues. They were one of the cheaper places that I could find an authentic copy of windows 10.
Take a look at their prices before you pull the trigger.

The server came in with a defective…
The server came in with a defective hard drive. I prepaid for a new one. It has been since July of 2018, it is currently November 2018 and I’m still waiting for the refund of the returned defective part. I keep being told that they are reaching out to accounting ASAP.

HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 not as expected
I purchased a HP ProLiant DL380 Gen 8 with 6 1 TB drives and 32GB of Ram. 2 of the 6 1 TB drives were an older 3Gbs speed version which slows down the entire array. The biggest disappointment was the memory - only one of the 4 installed 8 GB modules is an original HP smart memory module since it is paired with generic non smart modules this similar to the drive speed mismatch makes it impossible for the memory to run at max intended speed.
