Parking outside the door was surprisingly easy and could not pay as machine broken. (Probably fixed by now)
Pleasantly greeted on time. Minor surgery treated immediately and looked after by very pleasant team.
And a follow up message after a few says.
It could not be easier.

Customer service and communication with all staff was excellent both before and after the removal of a cyst on my back. Dr Patel performed the procedure which was painless and provided great aftercare information. I would highly recommend Aventus clinic and would not hesitate in using them again.

I had a cyst removed from the top of my head. From the start of the process the service has been excellent.

Sent them a picture of the cyst and had feed back of what the procedure would be, the cost and available dates for removal. I had to reschedule the original date and the admin team was so helpful and friendly.

On the day I met Claire who undertook the cyst removal. Talked me through what was happening and again so friendly and professional. Treatment room was amazing and the procedure was totally painless.

I followed the aftercare instructions to the letter and had the stitches removed nine days later.

The clinic was clean, staff helpful and friendly and the operation was carried out very efficiently.
It is now only six days post surgery, but everything seems to be in accordance with the post surgery advice that was given at the time.
I am confident that the scar will fade in the fullness of time.

I finally decided to bite the bullet this Spring and look at hair transplants to repair the fast fading top/front of my hair (also some crown loss) and decided on Aventus.
My initial query on 31st Jan was followed up by a call back within 5 minutes and an initial appointment for the 2nd week of Feb. After which, receiving full details of what would be undertaken, the price and my decision to go ahead I was booked in for the first week of April.
The procedure was undertaken by the very professional staff at Aventus and I was given all necessary aftercare treatments needed and routine aftercare contact which helped a lot.
Now almost 8 months after the treatment I have a full head of hair which I have treated to it's first new hairstyle in almost 20 years.

100% recommend Dr Alam and his team at Aventus (I had written a much longer review with lots of details [over 2 pages] but it was too long to post)

I have told Aventus that I am happy to speak to anyone they have who is considering such a procedure but is nervous, so give them a call and ask :-)

I truely feel like a different person both in hair and confidence.

I had a lipoma on my forehead, booked for a consultation and removed the same day, made to feel welcome and care for before and after procedure, very friendly staff

Despite being held up in appalling traffic and fifteen minutes late I was made very welcome. My head cyst was removed quickly and efficiently and I was given aftercare instructions.
5 days on, my stitches are still in and the scar is healing nicely.

Had a pilar cyst removed. Very quick to get booked in after the initial phone conversation, all very efficient on the day and the procedure went very well - very happy with the results. All staff were very professional and efficient. Would definitely use again.

Extremely happy with my treatment and the professionalism of Aventus Clinic. From the warm greeting at reception through to the consultation and medical procedure everything was 5 star. The doctor explained everything he was doing during the process and even chatted with me about football, golf and holidays which put me at complete ease.
The aftercare info and follow up was also very welcome.

Would use Aventus Clinic again and again. From start to finish the service has been amazing. Hannah and Dr Mahmood were brilliant! I put in an enquiry online on a Wednesday evening, 10 minutes later Hannah called me asking me for more information. I spoke to her to next day, once she had spoken to the medical team and I was then booked in and seen 3 days later! Aftercare has been great too. Couldn’t fault this clinic. Thank you!

From my initial enquiry to my actual procedure, the team at Aventus were knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Dr Hussein was an absolute delight, I was very nervous and he was so reassuring, that I came out laughing. Thank you all
