I change to avid energy for 261 days from EON whom I was with for years, they promised me they could half the amount I was paying and they give you free £100 start up on my gas and electricity and it will be cheaper than EON they have DOUBLED the price that I paid to EON for a year in 261 days they then inform you they have no way of taking payments over the phone or cheques, I've had no meters installed my
261 days gas and electricity came to £1270.00 do not go with this company or chance it at your pearl, I did not get £100 free changeover, disgusting customer service by the revenue department then they send you debt collection agency letters to frighten you! as they inform you they have no means of accepting payments trying to strike fear/ stress to customers,
I then recieved a text it says it not to late to stay what a joke of a company I would advise anyone calling this company to record all of your conversations. I'm please to get rid, I informed them I was passing this to my lawyer to deal with it surprise surprise I finally got a call back from there revenue team to say I could pay it over the phone what a unprofessional company.
STAY WELL AWAY NIGHTMARE !

I spoke to one of avid energy team today by the name of Ryan Jackson, he really took ownership of my issue and gave me a really quick resolution.
