Moved in June advised my change of…
Moved in June advised my change of tenancy was completed. Called rumerous times and emailed with no response. Finally managed to get hold of someone in march. Changed over but on a ridiculous standing charge of 31p per day. And miss sold advised suppliers do not have exit fees. Most suppliers have an exit fee. More training needed!! I will be changing my supplier as soon as the process is complete

I wish I could give no star!! Absolute joke of a company altoghter cost me nearly 200 in 2 weeks since I switched... when you ring there's nothing they can do to help there rude unhelpful a bunch of conning scumbags left me an my children with our electric an gas 5 times now... came home with a new born yesterday from hospital after topping up £20 day before to a -5 Bill brilliant in a house full of children and a new born avid energy should be ashamed of themselves and I'd advise anyone don't even think about joining them I've got till the 12th till I'm back with British gas!!! With I never believed the con man at my door and switched in the 1sr place lesson defo learnt and I'm taking this further it's disgusting what they put me an my family threw!!!!!!

Problem with gas meter fixed
Today I had an ongoing problem with my gas meter sorted. I spoke to Gemma and she virtually walked my through the problem to get it fixed. Incredible how Gemma used the email and phone calls to communicate how I could fix the problem. Her patience and professionalism is highly commendable. Thank you so much
