Con Artists.
We joined this company and decided we wanted to do some more research so tried to cancel within the 14 day window. They hung up on me several times, refused to respond to social media or emails and the 14 days passed. We have now contacted a different company to join them and Avid are sending me daily text messages claiming I need to call their free number to finish the changeover process. I have called numerous times and there is no answer and absolutely no surprise. I have tried social media and emails again and low and behold no answer. This company is a complete con! Do NOT join them under any circumstance! Try Utilita or any of the big 6 instead!

I spoke with a nice lady called Sarah jane Walsh on Monday about my gas being of since Sunday at 2 even though I put credit on it Sarah was more than helpful and to be totally honest went above and beyond to make sure my gas was back on after several attempts still no gas then try yet again got gas once more and Sarah still waited on the phone till she was sure I was happy with her advice to witch I was more than happy well done Sarah and once again thanks.

Would rather give no stars!
Would rather give no stars! Absolute joke of an energy supplier. Most recent problem is the battery has ran out on my main meter, surely this should have came up on their system! It’s a fault! I’ve been without gas for nearly 48 hours and have a 5 month old baby in the house who is frozen! I tried to top up my gas and wouldn’t register, had to pay a gas engineer to come out as thought it was my boiler but nope. Will not be reimbursed for any of the cost that they should have sorted as soon as it happened. Currently waiting a call back for an engineer to come fix it. Been endless problems since I joined, from no one turning up on my installation date to not getting credit properly even though I have the confirmation email and the bank statement to prove they took they money. Switching to a better company with better rates (even though avid promised a certain rate but being chrarged a totally different one when installed???) disgusting company!
