Aidan Doyle - electric issue
Rang avid this morning 9.30am to speak woth an advisor about my app showing I was - £10.16 the helpful guy AIDAN DOYLE told me it was because there was a glitch with the app and there side he advised me if there was anymore issues then to call or email direct thanks for your help

Poor company, been sat with NO electric for a month now.
Switched to Avid Energy 17th January 2019, today 19th February 2019 and still no electric in house. I've rang daily and been PROMISED a call back and not happened. Been told it's their fault and engineer will be coming to sort it but still nothing done by Avid. Would strongly advise people NOT to switch to Avid Energy.

When I switched over to avid energy I got told it would be cheaper than my previous supplier.
They couldn’t of been a more dishonest I been going though electric like no tomorrow and gas the same. Also I went to top up at the shop £5 until I got payed tomorrow and you can only top up minimum of £10 even at a shop cannot wait to change suppliers

First time moving out! The house was on avid pay as you go! Never knew. Rang the customer service help for an emergency electricity & the lovely lady had put me on with electricity straight away!!!! Loved the service ! Highly recommend and highly helpful !!!
