Had to contact them today ref a problem with my gas meter. Spoke to a lovely guy called AIden. He fixed my problem in minutes over the phone. No questions asked. Thanks avid and esp aiden

Excellent customer service from Aiden

I called Avid Energy on Monday and spoke to Aiden ! I'm so glad I did too because before I picked up the telephone I was a nervous wreck but once of spoke to your Aiden after a few minutes he had calmed me down and reassured me that Avid Energy will help me and they did. I had a little blip today .....

I had a little blip today after losing my gas supply. Not realising my credit had run out I called & spoke with Mathew Neiland who sorted out my problem & now I’m back to normal. One VERY friendly & helpful guy. Thanks again Mathew.
