From the moment I arrived to the time I left for home I was well looked after, all the staff very helpful and the procedure went super smooth.

Post op meal was great and the physio team were there to guide me through what had to be done going forward to help with the recovery.

My experience of AXA health was excellent, the whole process was straightforward and simple to manage. The staff I dealt with were helpful and I was kept up to date with details of my claim at each stage.

Organised a specialist to look at my eye problem efficiently and pretty quickly, although was not the most local to me, however this likely outside Axa control. Bill responsibilities quickly sorted and as expected.

The cover I called on was for major surgery and funded a hip operation which was professionally assessed, carefully planned for, carefully executed and very well managed overall. The support staff were all as a minimum very caring and attentive; and at best superbly-focussed on getting me through major surgery. The investment in premiums over the previous 15 years through my employer was worth every penny. A particular shout-out goes to my surgeon whose impact has been transformative.

There will always be administrative problems/ complications but AXA are responsive, understanding and accommodating
