Refund not given in full (only half the amount
I returned an order of 2 pairs of trainers and was refunded for only half the order. customer service was slow and simply said the warehouse only have half the order. I definitely returned the order in full and lost £210 - there is no way to make a complaint either - I was told this is not possible and to contact the ombudsman.

Long Overdue Delivery
Hello arigato team,
I am unfortunately writing to express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience I had with your online shopping process
I made an order For the Atlas sneaker with order # 1681696 on 30th of April and till today I havent got the order
UPS gave an estimate of 5 days on ordering for delivery
We are now looking at around 16 days. A big unpleasant delay for a big Sneaker company like Axel Arigato
Appreciate your soonest reply with status update on the order and provide clarity on how long more shall I wait or should I cancel the order?

Claim due to lack of quality
We bought a pair of Dice Laceless Sneakers for Christmas present to my son, unfortunately seems the quality not to be as we expected after less than 5 month use.
Customer services refused the claim with regular use and to use it more carefully. Very funny....
If this is the standard and quality that Axel Arigato is comfortable with we will search for better alternatives.

Damaged parcel, missing items – no responsibility taken
My parcel arrived visibly damaged and, after opening it, several items were missing. I reported this immediately, expecting a proper resolution.
Instead, my claim was dismissed based on internal weight checks and carrier scans, with no regard for the clear condition of the package or the fact that items are actually missing.
No responsibility was taken and no solution was offered. I will be returning the items I did receive, as I no longer wish to keep anything from this order after this experience.
Very disappointing customer service.
