Ear infection risks and beware
I got ear infection using this product just once and had to see a doctor. People with sensitive ear like myself should be careful and not risk infection.
The company has yet to even respond to my request for return label to ship the product back. I hope I get my refund.

First Spade that was sent out was faulty. After discussing with customer service, eventually did send a replacement and it works as described. My ear canals are weird so the scooper that came with the package was slightly larger than I'd like, but I'm sure it will work with most people. Camera works as intended and very bright light, so that helps when it's in my ears. Customer service did good, and it was a solid second impression that will give my review 5 stars.
Outstanding Company that stands behind their product!
Let me begin by saying how impressed I am with Axel Glade. However, the customer service, in my opinion, is superb. I had my device for several months, and I ran into a slight issue with the unit. Customer service was excellent. I answered a few questions and sent over some images of the device and my box and a new unit being shipped over to me. Let me be clear; my unit was over six months old, so technically no action was required on their part but to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. I highly recommend the Axel Glade. It truly is a game-changer and having the support behind the device is what truly makes me recommend this product to all my friends and family members.

Great product; better service
Great product. Had a technical issue and contacted support. Received a swift response which included some suggestions and ideas to try. After just a couple of exchanges, they found a solution that worked for us (replacement) and got it handled quickly. Top notch.
WOW....just WOW!!
This has to be hands down the best money I've ever spent. Works just as they advertised and saves me a trip to the Dr. office to have my ears flushed every 6 months. GREAT quality to the product and the camera feature makes this so easy to see what is actually going on in there.
The customer care was spot on and responsive. The shipping was 1-2-3 and came in a box that resembled an iPhone.

Had not received my Spade for almost a week and am used to receiving tracking info from companies and that had not been the case here. So I looked around the website and found a contact email address. My experience is that there is rarely a live person at the other end of that address and replies are rare, but decided to request an update. Sent it out late in the afternoon and when I went down to check my mail -- my Spade was in the box. Not an hour later I got an email from Axel Glade (a real, live person contacted me) saying that their records showed it had been delivered. Timing is everything!
