I ordered a package with Babylux on March 15th. By March 17th I received half of the package. The other part of the package I never received.
On March 23rd I started a refund process. I returned what I received and got a partial refund. The rest of my package was stuck in the mail so I filled out a form and we started a dispute process with GSL mail.
On April 16th I received an email that the dispute is resolved and that they can refund me or reship. I requested a refund. Than they told me that they refund me already. (But I only received a partial refund.)
I called them and tried explaining this simple issue to their customer agent. She insisted that I have to fill out the form again and we need to start a new dispute... For what I have no idea.
Babylux simply refuses to refund me for the products I have never received and their customer support system is beyond pathetic. If I don't receive my refund soon I'll gladly go to the court.

The experience with Babylux has been very positive. I recently purchased a Bugaboo Butterfly 2 stroller and everything went smoothly during the ordering process.
I especially appreciated their customer service: they were responsive, helpful and solution-oriented. After contacting them regarding a promotion, they quickly reviewed my request and offered both a voucher and the transport bag as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciated.
Communication was clear and professional throughout the process. Overall, I would definitely recommend Babylux for their reliability and customer care.

I'm posting this review because I requested a replacement wheel on my Cybex Beezy stroller under warranty. Despite numerous emails and videos, I still haven't received a response. This whole matter has been dragging on for a very long time, and this is the second time this has happened. I'm asking for urgent clarification and contacting you."

I have asked if they could provide an official Tax Free form or advise on the correct procedure to reclaim the VAT for goods exported outside the EU.
We were informed that ZappTax may be used; however, it appears that tax refund services are limited to departures from France and Belgium. Since the departure will be from the Netherlands,we need good guidance on how to proceed.
