tax refund
I have asked if they could provide an official Tax Free form or advise on the correct procedure to reclaim the VAT for goods exported outside the EU.
We were informed that ZappTax may be used; however, it appears that tax refund services are limited to departures from France and Belgium. Since the departure will be from the Netherlands,we need good guidance on how to proceed.

Regarding Tax Free refunds, the key element is obtaining the appropriate export validation from Customs at your final point of departure from the EU — in your case, the Netherlands. Once the goods are exported and the documentation is correctly stamped by Dutch Customs, the refund process can proceed according to the provider’s specific requirements.

Delivery took a week instead of 2 days as expected, partly because they didn't gave it fast to the post and maily because the post is GLS which is slow.
But all items arrived as ordered.

We ordered a package from Babylux (baby seat and isofix)
We recently ordered a package from Babylux, and at first, only one of the two boxes was delivered to our home. We informed Babylux immediately, and although there was some initial confusion with GLS and a parcel shop, the customer support team eventually stepped in and resolved everything for us.
Today, they promptly shipped and delivered the missing part of our order. We appreciate that they followed through and ensured we received the complete package, especially with a baby on the way.
