We had to return the cybex pushchair we…

We had to return the cybex pushchair we purchased. The wheel continuously clicked. We only got a reply with a return form after writing a previous review. We sent the pushchair back as per instructions for a full refund. However, its been 20 days and we have not had any refund or heard anything from bablux!

SAV service - Zero stars

I decided to come back and purchase a pram for travelling, despite previously having issues with my purchases. The prices are very competitive and thought that this time I could have a positive experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the case. The pram that I received was scratched, so had to go through their SAV team. The SAV team is a nightmare as they don’t respond to emails and have taken a month to send the replacement part. And have managed to send the replacement part when I am away, despite me informing them. Their service is a waste of time and resource.

Babylux don't respect the right of withdrawal of the customers

We bought a baby car seat and it arrived with some damage. Immediately we reported the damage to babylux and asked for return. They didn't want to honor the right of withdrawal and asked us to take the issue with the manufacturer instead. Only after posting a bad review they agreed to return the item in exchange of us removing the review.

I am now writing what happened so customers are aware of this company's practices.

You received a damaged item from the KINDERKRAFT brand. As stated, this manufacturer offers a 10-year warranty and handles after-sales service directly. Less than 24 hours after your report, we provided you with the necessary instructions to contact them.
You mentioned not having received any response from them, which surprised us. Furthermore, you posted a negative review without informing us beforehand that you had not heard back from KINDERKRAFT, which would have allowed us to intervene sooner.
As an exceptional gesture, we offered to exchange the product without requiring you to continue the process with the manufacturer. In return, we simply asked whether you could consider adjusting your review, given the solution we provided.
We would like to emphasize that we fully comply with our obligations. At no point was this an attempt at blackmail, as may have been implied.
