Very poor customer service
A very slow response to a complaint about a Cybex pushchair purchased from them, whose wheels had broken after 4 months use. The issue (still unresolved) has been dealt with too slowly and the staff members with whom we have been in contact have been rude and unhelpful. I would not buy from them again.

I happened upon this site randomly as I was looking for a bugaboo butterfly. Not only did they have the best price but the stroller arrived THE NEXT DAY. I mean I think it was less that 24 hours. I looked at other items on the website and saw they have competitive pricing and will definitely be ordering again.

Return of damaged und double ordered item
By mistake we ordered twice the same item. One was damaged upon receipt and the money was returned. The contact with Babylux was professional and focused on solving the issues in short notice.
