Bought a baby carrier based on the…

Bought a baby carrier based on the picture on the website. When it was delivered, corners were badly dented. Contacted Baby Central, gave excuses that the dents were included in the description and that the item was also reduced in price, for that, I reserve any comment.
The fact remains that if the defects were shown within the advertised picture, I wouldn't have bought, especially as it was for a present. Websites such as eBay makes it mandatory to include pictures of any defeats. Very disappointed.

Excellent customer service

I purchased a slivercross pram bundle as the company was one of the cheapest around. Delivery was fast and exactly as stated. However upon receipt of the item I noticed the car seat adaptors were missing. I called the helpline and the staff were more than friendly and had new adaptors sent to me the the next day.

Brilliant service even with missing item it’s wasn’t too much trouble for the team and they resolved it quickly and efficiently.

Very Impressed

I’ve been using Dr Brown’s bottles for my 3 month old girl and needed to get some 3month+ teats. After doing a search I found Baby Central was a stockist and decided to give them a go due to competitive prices and items I haven’t been able to find previously. As I have a little girl, to be able to get pink bottles and matching items was great.
My order was processed and shipped very quickly and was packaged well. I’ll certainly be using them again when I need the 6 months + teats and sippy cups.

Great range of items

Great range of baby items at reasonable prices. Website is easy to navigate and items are delivered quickly. I've shopped here a few times and will continue to in the future.

Wonderfold Wagon

I purchased a Wonderfold Wagon and unfortunately the wheel snapped, Amazon were very unhelpful, but after I got in touch with Baby Central, Katie was an enormous help and made sure I wasn’t without wheels for long. As a childminder I really appreciated the swift service and anytime I had a query, my email was responded to swiftly.

Customer service was exceptional

Customer service was exceptional! Katie was extremely helpful and secured me some bottle lids as I’d lost some from my sons bottles. I also ordered some new teats.
They arrived within 2 days of the order being placed and Katie even followed up to let me know I’d paid twice for delivery so she organised a refund without me needing to ask. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Worst company

Worst company, lack of customer service and acknowledgment.
I brought a Dr brown steriliser last year March and started using it 6 months ago. about 3 weeks ago it stop working and the company has stated I should descale despite there being no limescale build-up. I have done this twice as recommended by customer care, to no prevail. I am now being told there is nothing they can do as it is out of warranty.
No difference with the Dr brown GLASS bottle is have purchased which in total is about 8 have all chipped or cracked but the ones I brought via boots since have had no issues. The company again have diminished responsibility.

I would waste your money or time.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were selling defective goods as they seem to be able to undercut most companies!

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that your Steriliser is out of Warranty and it has now become faulty. Unfortunately, where a product is out Warranty we will always try to offer advice and guidance to try and fix the issue, however we are unable to replace any items out of Warranty.
Baby Central is the Official UK distributor for Dr Brown's which is why we are able to offer the best price on all our items. You can view this information on the Dr Brown's Baby website and then locate UK for the country and you will see Baby Central details on there.
As a goodwill gesture we would be happy to provide a microwave steriliser or a discount towards a new steriliser. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this further.

Purchased 2 dr browns bottles totalling…

Purchased 2 dr browns bottles totalling over £20, both are leaking and are not fit for purpose. Contacted through live chat and was told I would hear by email. This was last week and again sent another and no reply.

Terrible place to buy anything

Absolutely disgusted with this company. They argue for £25 refund
They didn’t accept their faulty item that they sent me and wouldn’t want to refund . I am taking them further and will make sure them paying for my time that Georgina wasted .. I can’t believe that they sent faulty bottle and won’t refund and won’t collect it .

AVOID if you need to return an item

It was my first time ordering from this company & found the product I received wasn’t what I expected. The image on the website was a different item to what I received.
I returned the item & have been waiting patiently for my refund. It’s been a few weeks now & still haven’t received my refund. The communication between the customer service team (Katie) is very poor & will ignore my emails asking for an update.
AVOID buying anything from this company if may need to return it.
