SHOCKING!

The complete lack of interest after a product became faulty was unbelievable. Please please please DO NOT buy from this company they are not interested in you. The attitude is HAHAHA we have your money now **** off!!!

I got the Dr brown steriliser and bottle set as a present from my parents. Delivery was brilliant however every since getting them the bottles and always leaked which resulted in multiple changes of clothes, my little one suffered from really bad reflux and colic so we just dealt with the spillages but after 4 months the steriliser is not working properly and Dr brown will only replace it if I send it off. Which in the middle of a pandemic is not exactly what I want to do being left completely without one. Overall I would not recommend given the experience

I searched this product as I use them in the hospital. After years of trying different pillows and not being able to find a comfortable one I thought I'd give this a try, I wasn't disappointed, it's the most comfy pillow I've ever had. I have a trapped nerve in the back of my neck and it helps a great deal.

Ordered some fantastic bargains from this site, and all of which are high quality.
Did have some issues with a couple of items missing from the package, but after a quick call speaking to an extremely friendly customer service advisor, all was sorted and I received what was needed within days.

Would definitely the site recommend to others.

My only suggestion would probably be packaging that doesn't have the brand on it. Some people may still be keeping the new to themselves (we weren't, but I can imagine some people may). Overall great reliable company.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered off this company a few weeks back. I had made an error on my order and it was changed hassle free! My package arrived within a few days in perfect condition.
I have recently ordered again in the last day or so as they seem to be the only place I can get the conversion kits for my Dr Browns bottles. Although I'm in Ireland, it is still amazing value for money. I would highly recommend!

An amazing value-for-money purchase, so many high quality products all in a bundle for a really good price! Baby is due in January so not had chance to use anything yet but it's all things I know will be put to use. searching for the best deals online for dr brown bottles and came across baby central. Not only were they cheapest but they also provided the most for your money as well.
Finally ordered from them on Monday and was told 3-5 working days delivery which is fine, but received the items next day!! Wow!! I’m very impressed. products perfect, price even better and great service. Would recommend 100%
