Received my order within couple of days of placing it. When opening my parcel I had 3 packs of Dr Brown Teats missing. I rang Baby Central and the girl I spoke to was very apologetic and reordered them to be delivered First Class next day, which they were. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend to others and will use again.

The Best Customer Service
Without doubt the best customer service I've received in a long time! Ordered a gift for a friend but since I can't visit with current covid restrictions contacted them to see if the prices could be left off the invoice when it was sent out. This was not only not a problem but free gift wrapping was offered and a copy of the invoice was posted to my own address to! Amazing! Thank you!

Very bad I ordered dr brown teats and they havee in stock and I got email for confirmation after half an hour an other email saying order is cancelled when I phone them and check they said this is only some stock we have and we keep it for replacement very bad answer if they have in stock they should give me that if they do not have it their website should say it’s out of stock never trust them
