I contacted BabyDan because one section of my BabyDan Flex XL safety gate had a production defect. The customer service was very friendly, professional and helpful from the beginning.

After I sent the photos and the purchase information, BabyDan quickly confirmed the issue and sent me a replacement door section free of charge. The new part arrived safely and in perfect condition, and I was able to replace the defective section successfully.

I really appreciate the fast support and uncomplicated solution, especially because the product is used as a safety gate for our child. Great customer service and a very positive experience overall.

I bought a baby gate from Amazon.co.uk and there was a key piece of hardware missing. Because it’s a large package and it would have been inconvenient (and expensive) to return it, I contacted their customer service to get a spare mailed asap. They said it would take 6 WORKING DAYS for me to get it. I explained this is for a disabled child who needs it urgently. It’s been now 9 days and no part. I am left with a useless gate. Terrible service.

I have just received excellent customer service from BabyDan.
The catch on our Flexi Fit Metal Gate broke (normal wear and tear, not a defect). I couldn't source a replacement part on the internet so I reached out to BabyDan to see if they could advise a source.
They replied to my email immediately, but even better - they offered to send a replacement part free of charge. Great customer service!

Ordered a wooden stairgate directly from Amazon and twice they sent a white metal one.A lot of people might ask whats the difference? But for us its quite simple ,we needed a wooden one to match the staircase so it could be varnished and colour matched.Now this is where i can only praise BabyDan for getting involved where the issue wasnt there fault but with Amazon.They went above and beyhond to investigate what went wrong at Amazons end and for the inconvienence sent out the correct item free of charge from there head office in Denmark. Now as for there products we already have several BabyDan stairgates in our property that we use to segregate our large dogs from the kids/grandchildren which have stood the test of time with many being over 10 years old. Would definately Recomend

Mona dealt with my request (which was for small spare parts which had been misplaced) very quickly and, in this day and age, with unexpected thoughtfulness and kindness. If only the world was full of more people such as this!

We needed spares for a Multidan stair gate bought several years ago. Although the model is now discontinued, BabyDan sent us the spares at no charge. Excellent service.

They were extremely helpful and I appreciate it so much. I love my gate!

Kind customer support that will take your needs into great consideration and make you feel listened to, as well as providing support. When I had questions and opinions, those were taken into account. Since it is regarding safety of your children, it feels reliable to be met in that way.

I have multiple of the gates flexifit, flex M and flex XXL. All of them have been working perfectly for 8 years and through 3 kids, even having the eldest accidentally climbing over them.

Also, I had missplaced some parts of the flexifits and Babydan were absolutely awsome in assisting with some spare parts that they no longer sell in store (older model). Absolutely amazing customer service, can't recommend them enough :D

We (my husband!) accidentally broke a bit of the plastic attachment when changing our sons bedding. We have had the bed guard for around 5 years with no issue. I emailed Baby Dan to see if they sold replacement parts (rather than buy a whole new bed guard) and they very kindly posted some new pieces out to us in the UK free of charge. Really amazing service, and it is a great bed guard - worth every penny! Still looks brand new. Thank you.
