I contacted this company for assistance with parts missing on a gate from years ago. They are sending me the parts needed free and free delivery. How many companies do this these days. I’m so very grateful to Babydan. 👌👏

Good gates. We have 4 metal extending ones. When we moved, and after having another baby we lost the wall fittings. Mona from babydan.dk sent these internationally for no charge. Such a nice service, thanks Mona.

We have had a few babydan gates in the past and they have always been brilliant and perfect for our needs.
We never had any reason to contact customer service as we never had a problem until yesterday when we opened a gate we had in the loft for a while and the parts were incomplete.
I emailed customer service with the pictures of the parts I needed and a lovely lady called Mona replied instantly, she was so helpful and managed to figure out what we needed by the pictures I sent.
The parts are now coming free of charge.
I really didn't expect them for free or so much help.
Companies nowadays don't care about customers but Babydan certainly does.
I would highly recommend their babygates not only for quality but for customer aftercare.

I lost a stair gate fitting over a weekend, decorating.
A couple of emails Monday morning and the parts turned up by the next day, lunchtime. I can say the service was excellent, 100%, very professional, very quick, very knowledgable and the parts were exactly what I needed. Thank you

We bought a BabyDan stair gate three years ago for our visiting grandchildren. It’s been great. Then one of the parts went missing which meant it wasn’t safe. This morning I emailed BabyDan to ask if they could supply a replacement, and within a few minutes I got a lovely reply from John Wheeler saying he’d post one today.
It made my day - what excellent customer service!

Impossible to adjust once it`s assembled. Very strong and safe, yes, but impossible to dismantle. No istrictionsvideos avaliable online without a ton of annoying commersials iterrupting all the time.

So I had to order this product because of my hyper active toodler and I must say I am awed. This company's customer service is the best I've seen in my entire life. They respond to you to the finest details.

I give 5 star and I recommend.

I'd buy one more once I have money. No company cares more than BabyDan ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

BabyDan provide amazing after sales service! I emailed their support address as part of the gate clip had broke, they responded within 24 hours and immediately offered to send a replacement part to our home in the Netherlands. It was seamless and a pleasant experience in general.

We have 4 Baby Dan stair gates as we are foster carers. These are a permanent fixture year upon year. They have never given us any problems and we wouldn't use any other brand of stair gate.

We broke a fixing bracket on our stairgate, our own fault. Babydan customer support was great, I asked where i could buy a replacement and their 1st reply was to offer us a free bracket (they didn't even charge for shipping!)

Showed up about a week later and our gate is back up and running.

Great customer service.

My wife and I bought a few baby dan safety gates to protect potentially dangerous areas in our and the grandparents homes.
They are fantastically simple to set up and work perfectly.

We bought 2 of the retractable Baby Dan Gates from Amazon. They are a great concept and work really well. We wished to buy another mount, as we have a narrow landing and thought we could rotate the gate. We contacted Customer Services and had a great experience with John. His replies were quick and he was able to solve our issue straight away. I would definitely recommend.

I have a very different experience with BabyDan's service and products. Following an accident with BabyDan Premier (not due to the stair gate, but to the balustrade that is pushed out slightly when an x weight is pressed against the stair gate), I made a report to BabyDan. Not to criticize the product, but to report that attaching a stair gate to a balustrade poses a certain risk.

After my report I received a feedback the next day in which BabyDan showed full understanding for my report. Despite the fact that the accident was not due to their product, they still came up with a nice gesture... They wanted to send me a new one, including mounting material for a balustrade and a small present for my son who was involved in this accident.

I think BabyDan's products are better quality than other brands we have used before. For me, BabyDan has also acted very adequately in this respect. Nothing but praise from my side.

Bad quality.
I'm sure it was made in PRC or China. The IKEA product are 100 times better than what Baby Dan produce.
They have very big prices and bad quality. DO NOT BUY products made by Baby Dan.
Read first on the internet. Cheap products you can find also on ebay.

I have long time ago bought a playpen Baby Dan Lotta, then I received it, it looked so cheap made that I was scared to use it with a child. I have contacted Baby Dan customer service to find out if I have bought a China copy or if something were wrong with mine since both paint were bad and the bottom were not possible to fix in one stable position. The answer I got from the danish customer service that they don't understand what do I want and that they dont't have time for that because, as they answered to me literally "time is money" for them.
The local retailer was great and took it back.
Now I have two of Park-a-kid playpens also from Baby Dan which we got as a gift and are now both broken. The door on one just fell of - all plastic locks are broken - it cracked first on one spot, and then another.
Cracks on the other playpen as well.
Well, overall - I wouldn't recommend BabyDan products to anyone. Neigher their customer service.
