The Guard Me safety gate we bought over 4 years ago has given safety to our little grandson and complete peace of mind to us. This gate fitted our non standard space perfectly as it was so customizable. The manual and online video gave clear instructions for installation. On top of this, I have recently had to reinstall the gate in another location but had lost the small accessories provided to assist the process. On application to Baby Dan in Denmark asking them could these be provided separately they not only assured me that this was the case but sent them to me entirely free of charge. Excellent product, excellent customer service!

We purchased two baby safety gates from Babydan.com. Their adjustable gate sizing capabilities and bracketed hinge design were just the right fit for what we needed.

While moving large pieces of furniture, we lifted out and removed the gate but we did not unscrew the hinged mounts. As a result, the hinges broke, rendering the gate useless unless the broken parts were replaced.

We absolutely LOVE the quality of structure and safety these gates provided and hated to lose them, so we emailed shop at babydan.dk with a request for parts.

We were surprised to get a prompt and personal email reply from BabyDan.com. They simply asked for our mailing address so they could send the replacement parts—from Denmark—as “a part of BabyDan’s normal, good customer service.” Amazing. Simply amazing. We received and installed the parts and have both of our safety gates back in action. So thankful to BabyDan.com for great customer service.

Going forward, if moving large furniture through areas where the safety gate is mounted, we suggest unscrewing and removing the safety gate’s hinges.

We have two gates from Babydan and we love them! Very sturdy and practical, they keep our kids safe without being a hassle to use. But what's truly remarkable is the customer service - responsive, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help.

A small part of our stairgate broke and Baby Dan sent us the part for free! Very fast and good customer service.

Have several BabyDan furnitures and products, the quality is outstanding on all of them.

Also the service is top tier, always quick and friendly, but most importantly effective and solving the topics.

Firstly, I LOVE this gate by Babydan.

Having had a few gates for my 3 kids and the dogs... This BabyDan gate is by far the best... It's SO much easier. 1) I have the full space of the door or stairway to fit through (not a narrow gap like the previous gates. 2) It doesn't keep shifting and needing to be wedged back in place constantly (damaging wood and walls etc) like my previous gates. 3) It opens both ways. (Not just one way) which is useful in doors depending which direction I'm walking in... But the best thing of all - I can OPEN AND CLOSE it with my foot!!! For someone constantly tidying and rushing around carrying stuff, this is a godsend. No more climbing over a gate when my hands are full!!

I've had my babydan gate for 3 or 4 years with no problems at all, and 3 kids being quite rough with it etc. But now, as if i didnt love my gate enough already. Their customer service is so good, when my friend bent the gate the wrong way and snapped one of the plastic bits, they're sending me a new bit for free! Even though i was happy to pay for this part.

Excellent services! I asked for some spare parts for an older Flexi fit metal grind and Babydan’s service department responded quickly and sent me the parts I needed free of charge👍🏻

I was aiming to reassemble and repurpose my 25-year old DanChair for my grandson only to discover that I was 4 screws and washers missing. BabyDan were wonderful and manage to scour their warehouse for the replacement parts and kindly posted them as well as a brand new harness and screws to me from Europe. Truly fabulous customer service with constant kind contact and a wonderful way to be sustainable. A second generation of toddlers will join the BabyDan family.

Recently bought
BabyDan Super Flexi Fit Safety Gate for our weekly grandson visit. Awkward angle on stairs/wall meant the gate is about fully stretched. Excellent features like angled fitting and totally removable for when he isn’t here. But just so others are aware- at full width, opening with one hand isn’t possible as you need to lift it from the middle as well as push the clip. Certainly not prohibitive here. Ideal benefits of this particular gate. The online video instructions(link was inside the box) were fantastic, stopping at each stage to give you time to complete that task.

I bought a safety gate from Amazon and a screw was missing however Amazon only offered returning the product rather than replacing the missing part. After reaching out to BabyDan they very quickly responded and sent out the replacement screws!

I have been very happy with my baby gate, very secure and the black design is very stylish in my home. I recently contacted customer service about a missing part and they very swiftly replaced it for me. Excellent customer service, would recommend to anyone 👍

We recently moved and a part to our safety gate got lost in the process. Reached out to customer service and they responded immediately where they said they could send it free of chare. Perfect example of how everyone wants customer support to be.

My Safety Gate was broken after the warranty had expired, so I asked for a delivery of a spare part. The customer support agent immediately replied that the gate cannot be fixed with a spare part but proposed to send me a new gate free of charge. This customer friendly behaviour is in my opinion such a great example of a company that really cares about customer happiness. I'm thankful and I can totally recommend babydan.

Searched for a part for a children's ring in the hope that it was available, the part was and they send it free of charge. What an incredible good service, and responded quickly.

Could not find a retailer for a spare part for a Babydan safety gate, so contacted Babydan service. Immediate response and the information, that they will send me the spare part for free. Never had such kind of experience!
