So far this gadget has made bottle preparation so much easier. It literally takes 60 seconds to make a bottle- just as long as it takes to measure out the formula!

We had ordered a replacement kettle because ours had broke. When we received the package, the box was in poor shape, appeared to have been opened and re taped several times. The box also showed a complete kettle with base but the base had been taken out and the kettle left and then shipped to us. The kettle was fine, not broken or damaged. But the presentation was rather poor and unprofessional. Later I found a note in the box that appeared to be a note from another customer returning the item, reason being; "The kettle has signs of use". So I concluded that this item was purchased by another customer which seemed to be a return from a customer before them, then returned, base removed and then shipped to me. This item could have been handled a little better before being shipped to me, especially if I am going to pay $40 for just the glass kettle, when i could buy a new system for $60.

Delivery was super quick (surprised it was delivered by Amazon). The kettle is such a time saver and definitely not a regretful buy! I'm just hoping it will last long and not easily break due to mechanical/manufacturer reasons. So far I'm glad I bought this and would definitely recommend! 😁

The customer service is terrible. I cannot reach anyone not getting appropriate responses and I need to speak to a supervisor. I received a damaged item. And am not receiving the appropriate information to return it.

The quality of the bag is great it's a perfect size, the shoulder strap could have been better

I ordered the baby exo formula machine. It arrived in a damaged box. The machine itself was unwrapped and dirty and parts of it were broken. I reached out to customer service and have not received a response.

I received my baby exo. It was used and it does not work. I emailed the company and said it didn’t work and still have note gotten a response. Ur has been 5 days. Horrible customer service

I'm giving a 1 star due to false information being in the shipping information page and as well as paying for expedited delivery and it is going on nearly 3weeks and my package is only going to be delivered today. It is completely disappointing. I have been trying to reach out since the package was late and have yet to have a response back from anyone. My money was taken quick and I expected my delivery to be the same.

I been using this warmer about 4 months.
It was life saver for me and my wife, so
I bought warmer for my friend who recently
Had baby.
After 3 months i been using plastic handle is wabbling around
And feels like it's going to give up any time now.
Overall warmer does what I expected so I gave 4 stars.

Dont order from this website. They do not pay for return shipping to like, China???? Only 10% of return amount? They do not stand by the product they sell since they use so many vendors from like China.

I was over charged for my purchase and when I called to have the charge rectified I was told the charge was by the credit card, when clearly the charge it’s from the company as stated on the card files.

I was hesitant in buying this product because some reviews said the glass broke. I have no issues with that and make sure not to dip the glass from extreme hot to cold temps bc that’s one way to break the glass. I love that the kettle keeps the water at a temperature I need all day but one issue I have with the kettle is that there is this white residue of some sort floating on top of the water after I’ve boiled it. I don’t know where it’s coming from. I’ve used water from different sources and still have the same issue. I love how fast it boils the water but again this is concerning for me Bc I don’t want to feed my baby this white stuff that’s floating on top of the water. Usually I will pour out more than half the water to get rid of the white residue and use the rest of the warmed water to make a bottle.
