I love it, some people reviews made me think twice before purchasing but BUY IT! I love it it works great,

Do not buy from baby exo!! They are a SCAM! They ripped me off!! I contacted them about them sending me a machine that was scratched, dented and had powder all over it and they basically said we’re not doing nothing about it!! Buy from baby breeza!!

Made the mistake of purchasing a used baby exo smart formula maker. The website states that the box has been opened but the item has not been used internally. This a blatant lie and if you make the mistake of ordering a used item in the return policy buried towards the end it states that used items are final sale. What they don't specify is that you have just purchased the chance of a functioning item arriving. What you will likely get is a refurbished piece of trash that someone put together with bubble gum and tape. Emailed the customer service and received a one sentence response of used items are final sale. In other words I rolled the dice and lost. Gee thanks. Service from this company is non existent so buyer beware and make your purchase from a more reputable company. Baby Brazza for example makes a great product and they stand by them.

Received a defective non-functional product. Informed Baby-Exo the following day. What followed was a string of barely understandable emails demanding video evidence and repetitive instructions on how to fix the issue, which isn’t possible since the machine is defective. These people are rude, unhelpful, their product is garbage, and ripped me off for $100, you’ve been warned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Great product. A must have for formula feeding babies. Cannot imagine life without it :)

The description says the lid is included but I only received the water container with no lid. I ended up using the lid from my old container.

This is a great electric kettle for heating water for baby bottles. I love that the water stays hot all the time so I can make a bottle quickly and not guess at temperature with a stovetop kettle. The only downside is the formula setting is 45 degrees C, which is significantly warmer than body temperature (which is the temp of breast milk).

I thank you got sending the part to me, but I do feel that the part should not have cost me $10.00 because I didn’t get that part when I received the EXO formula machine.
Another thing after about two to three bottles you have to clean the machine.
But is working.

I bought the baby exo formula maker and I didn’t like it. I contacted customer service to return it and get a full refund and they were rude from the beginning , were unclear on what to do, didn’t explain anything , and took forever. Don’t waste your money!

Pro: Very good product design, and idea for temperature control settings on the display for baby formula mix. Warm up water quickly.

Con: Bleach smell water pod in-spite of multiple washes / different water bottles water. Same water tried in the cook top kettle - no such bleach smell. May be my product has that problem. I don’t like to use the unknown chemical released into water& use it for mixing the baby formula.

Major con: When you try to return the product with in 30 days , you will get only 50% of your payment as you tried the product and not satisfied. If your not used the product at all then only u will get 💯 % of payment. Misleading website description “free return with in 30 days if not satisfied”.

Returns are a pain lots of hoops to jump through very slow buyers have to pay for return shipping 0

Arrived 2 days after purchasing. This was the second unit we've purchased now. First one works very well, but must be taken apart and maintained daily or it won't work at all. The convenience while it works is worth the extra effort though. That was purchased for our granddaughter living with us. She's over a month old now, and that unit is a gamechanger. This unit has not been used yet, and is a gift for my daughter - and our next granddaughter expected in October.

Terrible. I never received my package. Then after contacting customer service about not receiving my package they told me to contact USPS. After contacting USPS & making a claim they told me my package was missing. Then after notifying Baby Exo, about my missing package they wouldn’t refund me back anything! So basically the package is missing & there’s no refund because Baby Exo is blaming USPS for the missing package instead of focusing on providing a better customer service & actually helping the customer refund the money that was lost because the customer never received anything to begin with!

I ordered from their website directly and after one day received an email stating the item has been shipped. Clicking on the link provided it still said processing not shipped. Two weeks later I contacted the company via email and was assured it has been sent for shipment and I will receive a tracking number shortly. I sent another THREE emails following up and received no responds until I told them I filed a claim with my bank. I received a tracking number and item showed up in a huge box on my porch. There were three kettles inside instead of just the one I ordered. The boxes looked beat up with tape missing so I opened them to ensure I could use one before contacting to send the rest back. Well, all three kettles have obviously been used, very disgusting. I’ve contacted the seller to pick up the box, so done with this company. I specifically ordered directly from their website after hearing of copycats being sold on amazon

Love this warmer. It looks cute and does the job perfectly. My only complaint is that the band that goes around the kettle for the handle has rusted in a few places. Thankfully it's on the outside, but it happened within the first week. That is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars.
