Ordered product on June 6 and as of July 28 still haven't received the item. Have emailed them several times but they never replied back to me . Would not recommend buying from this company.

Very good service. Very resposive staff.

Nice bag great price. Only complaint was it took a while for the order to be shipped, both in regArds to it being packaged and sent(3-4 days) as well as delivery times which are 6-8 days. Overall very happy 5 stars

UPDATE: after finally getting in contact with a real person at USPS they have informed me that just today my package was shipped out from New York. It is now July 2nd and I ordered on June 21st. This company has been absolutely ZERO help to me in finding out information on my package and I will NEVER order again. I will be lucky if I even receive this purchase. Not to mention the two emailed replies to me are so vague and unhelpful.

Honestly I should have googled this company before purchasing. I purchased a diaper bag June 20th and it is now July 1st and there is no sign of my diaper bag. The tracking has not moved for the last 5 days. I have contacted USPS and emailed BabyExo customer service, usps said to contact sender. Baby exo said to contact usps. I have sent 3-4 follow up emails and have heard nothing back. At this point I am going to wait until the end of this week and then dispute the charge with my bank. This company is a fraud DO NOT BUY!!

I have received damaged product, and I contacted the customer service for a refund or replacement. I have not received any response yet. There is no phone number to reach an agent. Email is the only method for communication.

The shopping experience is horrible!!! They even do NOT deserve one star!!
The kettle was damaged when it arrived to me. The customer service told me to return it back to China at my own cost of shipment!! It was shipped to me from Tennessee, US, and why should I shipped it back to China!

I argued with the customer service, and they never responded! The only way to contact them is the email, no phone, no online chat! I called the person who sent me the kettle, and she helped to contact the customer service. Finally the customer service agreed me to return the broken kettle to their warehouse in WA, but I should pay the shipment.

OK, I payed for the return even the shipment cost me 30% of the kettle. I emailed them the Tracking number and let them know the package was delivered and should initiate the refund. However, they didn't reply! It has been more than one week since the package was delivered. Now I am trying to chargeback through my bank. It's useless to communicate with them more, as they NEVER replied!

Just wanted to let other buyers know that, Baby EXO has very weird return policy. They only admitted the return with unopened package in a period of 14 days. No matter any reason, the buyer should pay the return fee if the buyer wants to return. Also be aware of that they usually don't reply to your email.

The product came very fast then I expected and it was in good condition it looks very good didnt use it yet

They sent me the wrong color bag so I asked for a refund because I’m not happy at all then they expected me to pay $44 to ship it back this company need to be responsible for paying for items to be returned they are the ones that sent the wrong color to me I ordered pink not red for a baby girl

Advertised 3 day express delivery. I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter 10 days before her birthday. Placed order on 4-30 and 21 days later it still has not arrived. Sent multiple emails asking for shipping and tracking info and could not get a response but when I did it was in broken English which made no sense. After two weeks I finally got a hyperlink for shipping info but it was all in Chinese. I will NEVER order from these clowns again.

Almost a 5! But there was a miscommunication in the messaging around a shipping discount. I was offered free shipping in an automated email, but it turns out the discount didn't apply outside of the US. Despite already having my country shipping information I was still offered the discount. However, they did respond quickly to the confusion when I emailed them. (Would have been nice to have a clearer response of ¨this is our mistake¨ rather than ¨our free shipping is currently only for the US, which may cause you misunderstanding¨, and implying that I was confused... I was not confused, it was just not stated that it only applied to the US.)

I purchased this diaper bag after a long time of looking around for a nice diaper bag thats also comfortable. I decided to try this one out because it was a reasonable price and it had great reviews. 4 stars is because i ordered a brown and after paying they told me it was sold out, so i tried out a black. The black is a bit shinier than expected. The bag is honestly very comfortable and good quality. I expected it to be a bit bigger but if fits everything i need, the customer service was really good too.

Take long time to arrived ,i bought item in Friday April 23 and i dont get it until now .

Very nice diaper bag. It did smell a little when I first received it, but it doesn’t any more and I am very happy with it.

Our funnel was damaged so I ordered a replacement. It was extremely reasonably priced and I received it very quickly!
