Baby and Child Model Agency Reviews 

The photographer was really nice and extremely professional. He always tried his best to keep my son engaged. My son felt very comfortable around him and interacted with him constantly. Would 100% recommend.

Dan was absolutely amazing with my daughter, he captured the most beautiful photos. This is far the best experience I’ve had at a shoot. He was so lovely and so patient! Would highly recommend, i’m going back for a 2nd shoot in october for a family shoot / kids birthday shoot!

My 1 year old had the most amazing photo shoot for his first portfolio yesterday with Trevor, baby models professional photographer, oakley loved it as he engaged with him and made him giggle and laugh, thank you for his amazing experience

Shoot went so smooth with my 5 month old. Dan is very friendly with babies.

My baby had the best time due to having the best photographer taking her pictures. It was a good experience for us all.

The photographer was very professional and friendly. He made us feel at ease and was very good with my son.

After being involved with the agency more than 4 months, I haven't received any update about the offers where my son could have been part of. There is no communication from them.

In march I received and email from the Modelling Coordinator, Sandra Cullen answer my two previous requests about any update on my son's "modelling career". In her email she says:

"Typically, it takes around 2-3 months for most models to secure work, though this timeline can vary. Several factors influence a model’s success, including age, appearance, location, travel flexibility, image standards, and the frequency of image updates."

"While no agency can guarantee work, we assure you that we only represent babies and children whom we believe can be successfully placed (...) "

However, after sending a third email asking about how the company has "represented my kid" after 4 months, I have no answer from the agency.

The communication at the beginning was great. They kind of push you to work with them and "encourage" you to do a professional photoshoot as a way to have more job offers. However that communication changed after I did the photo shooting. The session was not cheap (£300), I think it would have been cheaper to book a session with a professional photographer just for the sake of having nice pics of my boy. The assurance of having more offers if you book the photoshoot with the photographers they work with doesn't impact the success of being involved in any campaign.

My son did well at the photo shoot, the photographer also made a review about his performance but, other than that I have been left without any support or communication from the agency. I don't really know how they "represent" you.

I regret having involved my kid with them and having taken such and expensive photoshoot that hasn't showed any results.

I wouldn't recommend it. In fact if possible, I would like my money back. Looks like a scam.

I will contact you again with my son's profile details. However, focussing on my previous reviews of other businesses (that are not always too poor) is not relevant to the fact that there is a lack of communication from your part, even to reply my concerns that I have raised in the form that is available on my son's account.

However, this portrays an adversarial approach to dealing with customers considering that my review history should be of little issue unless I have never used your services and am not a genuine customer. A bit strange that you responded to a poor review much quicker than you responded to my enquiries. I guess I know your focus is on reputation instead of ensuring your customers feels supported and well represented.

It was a beautiful experience the photos taken were superb. Upon viewing the slideshow of photos that were taken of my baby boy I cried a tear purchased very happy with the experience. Very greatful and excited to see where this can go for my boy

The photographer lady was fantastic, welcoming, friendly and very good in adjusting to my wee one's needs. Can't wait to receive the photos, the shoot was so much fun both for my baby and me.

We really enjoyed our test shoot. The studio was really easy to find and there was free parking available on the roads nearby.

Trevor was our photographer and he was absolutely brilliant! He was really friendly and put us and the baby right at ease. We thoroughly enjoyed the shoot and he is the reason we booked a package where we go back for another shoot at a later date.

We recently had family photos taken with Julie. From start to finish, she was an absolute professional.
Right away, she put my daughter at ease with her warm personality and fun demeanor. My daughter was all smiles and giggles throughout the entire session. Julie had a wonderful way of engaging with her and bringing out her natural expressions.

The photoshoot itself was so enjoyable. Julie guided us through various poses.
The sneak peeks I've seen so far are absolutely beautiful - she managed to capture my daughter's vibrant personality perfectly.

I highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and incredibly personable photographer.

Considering they are supposed to be a well established company the customer service is horrendous. Requested my money back on numerous occasions and they are completely ignoring all my emails.

It was a really easy / simple process and it was made comfortable and stress free for her first ever shoot
This is new to all of us and I was pleasantly surprised, that she was picked and it all went so well

My daughter has been with Baby Models since she was 6 months old and had her first job at 21 months old with a company called Cocoon Babies. The shoot was great fun and Arabella did really well for her first time and loved it! They are also super understanding that a 1 year old won’t always play ball! The Photographer was great with her, I would recommended baby models to people, you have to be patient upload photos every month to your portfolio and wait for them to be the right fit!

Friendly patient photographer who was amazing with my boy. A really lovely experience! She even came out to find me when I was lost!
