Upon arrival the photographer (Dan) was very welcoming and put myself, my husband and my sister in law at ease. He explained what was going to happen throughout the shoot and got straight to it. Dan was really good with my son and captured some amazing moments. After the shoot he made a little slideshow and I was grateful for the images he had got. They were fantastic! Would definitely recommend going to Dan, we have booked in another photoshoot with him so I can’t wait to go back!

My sons test shoot was brilliant, Julie made us feel very comfortable and my son was very relaxed during his time here. Julie was great at capturing him at the right moments and kept him entertained with toys and books in between. The prices given at the end were very reasonable if we decide to purchase them wnen available.

First of all my negative feedback. Thought the studio would have been much nicer to be honest. Thought we would have had been able to go in when we arrived after a long trip to feed our baby before the photoshoot. I also thought that it was a free photoshoot and I felt a bit mislead with the ‘free photoshoot’ and didn’t expect to have to pay a minimum of £300 for all the photos. I thought we’d be able to get a few favourites much cheaper.
The positives: the photographer was very nice and great with our baby boy. He really got some great shots and it was enjoyable overall.

Unfortunately I got sucked in by the initial good reviews on here mainly around the test shoot, however after having our money taken and account set up I realised my child is unlikely to receive any work. The positive reviews are for the test shoot of which you are then asked to purchase photos for your child’s portfolio, costing a few hundred pounds!
After consideration of this and not being able to afford the cost of the images and knowing my child’s profile would remain in the B category and most likely unlikely to be booked for jobs I requested a refund within the 30day period as stated in the companies policy. I am still waiting for this refund which I requested in February and responses to my emails.

I appreciate there are probably children who do get booked through this company but it appears that there are hundreds if not thousands of children on their books so being chosen is unlikely.

I would appreciate my £90 to be refunded as requested in my emails!

You have replied to my review yet I am still waiting on a response to my now numerous emails requesting a refund which you are ignore.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY!

Unfortunately not a great experience.
I have contacted the company after receiving messages via other parents on social media expressing their experiences and to be told the company is a scam.

I did a bit more research into the company and I cannot find any adverts that have models from Baby Models. All reviews and comments are negative online and I truthfully could not find one good review on the company itself.

I emailed the company on several occasions - when it was regarding me paying them I had a response within the hour each time however when I reached out on other occasions I always had to chase for a response.

I emailed Baby Models yesterday morning with my concerns and asking for evidence of my son being put forward for shoots as well as examples of adverts models of the company had been used in but again no response.

All the positive reviews on here are only with regards to the test shoot which I myself had no problems with - the photographer was amazing, polite and definitely knew his stuff!

I’ll be disputing my payments with my bank for the agency payments as I feel I have paid for a service which has not and will not be fulfilled due to the company not being legit.

Baby Models before you reply with an absurd response please feel free to respond to this evenings email with the information I requested previously or a refund.

Hi is very good person, and ir was evrething easy and simple, the photographer was very friendly and kind.

Photographer made us feel so comfortable and gave us so much guidance and information. The photographer gave us a clear outline of the what he wanted to achieve and what clothing was appropriate. The agency also have been really straightforward to join, lots of information on their website and also via email. Easy to book test shoots and upload to portfolio.

After signing up and receiving an invitation for a test shoot, I became suspicious about how legitimate this company was. Firstly, the response email was full of typo's and grammatical errors. Secondly, the email suggested I purchase professional images from the test shoot in order to make my baby's portfolio more appealing. Further research found this would cost another 200-400.
I then looked at reviews on trust pilot and found all the 5 star reviews were about the test shoot, and there was no evidence at all of this company finding anyone any work. I therefore decided not to go ahead with the test shoot and sent an e-mail and a what's-app message to cancel my registration (well within the 30 days stated).
Both were ignored. Instead I received an email asking how my test shoot was and asking to do a review. I responded by reminding the company I had asked for a refund, to which I had a reply asking for reasons. I repeated my message, which was ignored. I then sent 4 further emails asking for acknowledgement and refund, which have all been ignored. I have now taken up the issue with my bank.
I would definitely recommend others to avoid this company. If you join Facebook groups for parents of child models, you will find this company on a list of companies to avoid.

Really relaxed but professional environment. The photographer knew what he was doing and was extremely professional. Images are brilliant, captured our little girl perfectly.

The experience so far has been lovely, we had a test photo shoot with a wonderful photographer Trevor from Patricia and Trevor photography in Birmingham. The session itself was really lovely, we got to see our photos straight away and everything was very efficient and Trevor was really friendly and took time to talk us through everything, and our little on enjoyed herself, I haven't begun to work with the agency yet but so far so good and I'm really looking forward to working with them.

We had a great time at our photoshoot, Dan was very friendly and helpful throughout the shoot. Answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable throughout. Would recommend.

The photographer was very welcoming and was able to make our babygirl laugh and give off multiple expressions by interacting with her.

My 6 month old daughter recently had a test shoot with Dan in London; this was her first time in a studio and Dan made the whole experience so enjoyable and fun. Not only is he amazing at getting the perfect shots, he also has incredible knowledge of the baby modelling industry and in particular Baby Models. My daughters portfolio was quickly updated with the professional pictures shortly afterwards. Amazing day, amazing experience and so far an amazing agency.

I loved Helen. She is really very professional. My daughter felt very comfortable, she really liked the space. Amazing!

Test shoot went very well lovely photographer and made my Little boy smile loads only down side was the charge for the photos 300£ which was a bit pricey we couldn’t afford to get any photos but we still got a review

Was very quick and easy to apply to the agency, and we had our test shoot completed within a week of our application being accepted. Dan who did the test shoot was absolutely brilliant with or 6 months twins, and can't wait for the final photos to come through. He was in contact the day before to check everything was ok. As this is our 1st time within the modelling industry Dan was and very helpful with any information that we might want to know and answer any of our questions.

Our experience with Trevor the Photographer went really well. He took beautiful pictures of Aurora and was so good with her. He made our first baby model photoshoot very comfortable and easy. I would highly recommend Patricia and Trovor Photography.
