We have unfortunately had the same experience as Tessa below.
Both and cot and changing table turned up damaged. The cot is so bad the inside rods holding the sides together were snapped and the changing table was smashed along the edges.
Babymore wouldn’t replace as they said the next one would likely arrive damaged too, so had to refund! Couldn’t collect for over a week, waited in all day and no-one arrived to collect. Had to rebook collection for another weeks time, and again no-one arrived to collect!
It’s now 2 days later and they still haven’t managed to set a third collection date or sort out what’s going on. Refusing to refund until it’s collected which they seem unable to do. I’ve called them several times each day, sent a complaint email and nothing.
So stressful and our baby is due in 3 weeks time.
The worst customer service I’ve ever come across, at a time when we really don’t need the extra stress.
Update- even after collection it took over 2 weeks and chasing for the refund as Babymore did not update supplier that the items had been collected.

Great cot and mattress. Excellent quality and really good value for money. I was delighted by the speed of despatched and communications from Babymore. Customer services were amazing when I provided wrong delivery address!

Arrived quickly, looks beautiful and does not take up alot of space. Great price and very easy to assemble. Could do with putting at least 3 Alan keys in there because it losts it's shape and edges early on and didn't work as well I needed to use ones I had at home from previously ordered items.

I am really amazed with the customer service for trying to help as much as possible but the waiting time for the items take forever I guess it’s the shipping to blame but they should not use them so if you want to buy from this company I would rate them 5 stars but you should not trust the 2/3 days for shipping as it takes forever

I ordered a drop-side cot bed and accidentally put two pins in the wrong way, which resulted in them snapping when I tried to use the drop side. I got in touch with Babymore explaining the situation, who said they would send me 2 new pins free of charge with quick delivery. I’m so grateful for their help as it means I will only need to replace the pins and reattach the drop-side, rather than dismantling and rebuilding a whole new cot.

I email the team regarding an issue with pushchair, spoke to Peter Simmons, whom was more than happy to help and really put time and effort in a resolution. The team were able to offer a replacement, and ensure I continue enjoying my purchase.

Two pieces of a drawer didn’t align correctly so I emailed asking for replacement parts. The cot was a gift bought a long time ago for a baby shower so was definitely out of warranty, but the customer service team sent replacement parts free of charge. Very happy with the service!

I contacted the company regarding a problem we were having with the seating unit on our Memore pushchair. Peter was extremely helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. He investigated the problem quickly, and although the pushchair was out of warranty he offered to send out a replacement seating unit to us with no charge.

We have been really happy with our purchase from Babymore, and this very positive customer service experience has made us even more happy to recommend this company highly.

I ordered a Luno cot and drawer from Babymore. I'm very happy with the cot - it's beautiful and I've had lots of compliments on it. It's a solid build and easy to put together. However, I did have a huge amount of difficulty having the cot delivered - in part this was due to a partial address only having been provided for the first attempt although the postcode and street number was given which is all that's actually needed to uniquely identify my house (and actually the first driver did deliver to the house fine - the issue was that not all the parts of the order were on the van). The full address was also correctly provided after the first delivery. Nevertheless it took six attempts to get the delivery company (XDP) to deliver the items to the correct address! Attempts included leaving the item at a random house with a different number, saying delivery had been attempted and sending me a photo of a park as proof, saying falsely that delivery had been attempted at 1am! Over the six attempts, the courier never once attempted delivery anywhere near the delivery window given. Babymore said all of this wasn't their fault as the courier is a third party - however, I do feel that a company should do something about their choice of courier if the service is that bad rather than just say it's a third party issue. So, in summary, gorgeous product but you need a LOT of patience to deal with their choice of courier, XDP. If you look at XDP's Trustpilot reviews you will see what I mean. I'm not sure I could put myself through it again - I will probably order the second cot I need from Boots or another company who sell Babymore products and who will take responsibility for sorting the issues out.

I bought the babymore full travel set. I am very pleased with the quality and comfort of all the elements, from newborn to now toddler stage.
The after sales service from Babymore has been very good. I had an issue with my chassis folding and Peter, Customer Service Manager has taken time to understand the issue, make suggestions of where I was going wrong, and sent out new equipment so that I can fold and take in the car again.
