I ordered 2 ropeman 1 ascenders because they had them at a great price. What amazed me was how fast my order got to me. Will definitely order from here again.

My item was backordered which I saw when ordering. Once I purchased I received an email from the company just letting me know it was on backorder in case I hadn't noticed prior. I appreciated this as it is a rare gesture. Item still arrived within a week so I was impressed either way.

Product was correct. One item in stock and the other had to be ordered in. Took over a month to receive, which was longer than their estimate. Had to inquire once and from that point on they sent timely updates.
Past orders have been on time. Would use again.

The customer service was good but it took my order about 6 weeks to get to me when it was only supposed to take up to 10 days! Somehow my order wasn't on the shipments? Im not really sure how that happens. But the contact was quick to answer my questions so that was really nice!

So you might consider tightening up your 'shipping confirmation' process. Other than that, I'm recommending your site to a friend, who should be buying what I bought in the next week.

Great company and products. I ordered the Marmot Minimalist jacket, it was back ordered do to the sale they were having. But I received an email right after my purchase letting me know when it would be re-stocked. I received the jacket faster than I was expecting. Very fast shipping and great communication.
