Ordered an iPhone 13 mini in excellent…
Ordered an iPhone 13 mini in excellent condition and with a new battery. After I paid I noticed on the invoice that there is no mention of a new battery. So now I’m wondering if it will come with a new battery or not. So I decided to contact customer care and this is where the trouble started. I have found it impossible to send an email or get a customer care phone number so I can’t communicate to anyone about my order. Anyway I have a screenshot of everything that was ordered and the price and what I should receive so if I don’t get what I paid for it will be going straight back although I’m worried now about the returns process considering how hard it is to communicate with them.
Update- so I managed to contact customer care through the app, telling them I wanted to cancel my order before it was dispatched as I was worried about the particular seller and that sellers recent reviews and tbf I had a message later as that they cancelled the order for me and refunded me my money and by the end of the next day I can see the money provisionally back in my account. I’m delighted with this and consider this excellent customer care so only fair to update this review and give 5stars based on this experience.
