A Happy Customer

Clear communication, followed by efficient dispatch and prompt delivery,. Parcel was very well packed. On opening the item was exactly as advertised and is working perfectly. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Altogether a very nice first experience

This was the first time buying somethig from Back Market, and I think that I will buy again as this was a good experience.
The website is user-friendly comparing items is easy, ordering process is easy as well.
It came in 5 days in very good condition - no scratches. I used the phone for the last couple of weeks and I am happy with it.

premium price but bad quality battery

I bought the premium version of a phone I needed. But the battery performance is terrible. And when you get on their website its impossible to contact a human. They give you a set of questions which ultimately give you a choice of a refund or send off your item and get it replaced. However the inconvenience is a big problem as you have already trancferred a lot of your data onto the phone then must wipe it all off for security then wait for ages to get a replacement phone if thats your choice. When you pay extra for the premium version then you would at least expect to have a battery that is of top class condition. I wont be getting anymore from this company
