Very low quality

Awful company, wish I'd checked reviews
Unlike some, I actually received my order. However the quality was cheap and the sizing was completely off - I ordered a large and received something which is closer to a small.
Received return instructions and sent back the item recorded delivery - it has now been over two weeks and no confirmation received to advise receipt of the return or processing of refund. Tracking number confirms the item was received and signed for.
Dispute now open with the bank to get my money returned.

My young son is without a T-Shirt. What an awful way to treat customers.

So we ordered a jacket from these and were sent a confirmation order by shop to. This was all. Standard delivery should at least have been 3 days. Not the now 3 weeks and no sign of the item. We have emailed twice and still no response. We called the available number no answer except a text to say please text instead. Text to explain and still no response. This store is one to avoid if you buy online. This is an honest review with an honest experience. Do not buy from here. It is now in dispute with the bank and them. The purchase wasn't cheap either being a christmas present for our son. Again do not buy , there is no customer service and very little regard to ensure they retain customers. You will lose your money. To the lucky few very well done for getting your items.
