I received the Beatles Rubber Soul t shirt but it wasn’t the colour print in the online photo. A little disappointing.

never received the order. after a month of waiting i contacted someone there and they said they had no record of my order so i screenshotted my bank transaction and they still denied it. hopefully will get my money back after filing a dispute with my bank but what a waste of time this place has caused me.

No issue with receiving the order, however I have requested to return it and after 11 days I am still waiting for a response - in their T&C's it says that any returns need to be requested within 14 days, and then items need to be returned within a further 14 days, but this is impossible without being sent the returns information.
I have emailed the company for a third time today and hoping this will be resolved by them soon.

As others, I wish I had a look here before clicking purchase. After weeks of wait and a very unreliable and unclear delivery system online, and zero responses to my email, my package was 'magically' being sent back to the warehouse', and it has been in that status for weeks with no further updates and no response whatsoever. It feels surreal, never had such an experience in my life. Needless to say, do not order if you don't want to provide charity to this 'legendary' store ...

I am beginning to think this is a scam ,
They are a terrible company, I bought two T shirts , it took almost 10 days to come , I always order T shirts in an XL and it always works for me , not this time they are much smaller than XL , have tried to send them back , they only arrived today but they haven’t sent me my return information which stop you sending the items back

Never received the order. No way of contacting them. SCAM

To be honest i received a T-shirt very quickly unfortunately it was the wrong T-shirt. I would really like to swap if for the correct one but the company seems to be ignoring me ?

I made a purchase on 21/06/25 Guns n Roses 2XL Denim Jacket; I have had to email them on 26/06/25 and 1/7/25 to chase them up and so far I've been met with silence. I'm guessing this is going to be tough to get my money back so I'll be serving them with a summons on the address listed on their website.

To anyone thinking of buying from this website, avoid at all costs!!
