I have not received my parcel but…

I have not received my parcel but estimated time was the 27th of December. I’m unable to track the parcel. It honestly has been a nightmare.

2 items from my order was received…

2 items from my order was received damaged. A pencilcase was cut open so cannt be used and a marker was cracked. Very disappointing, i expected good quality stationery.

What an effortless and amazing service

What an effortless and amazing service! 🤩 Waltons took the stress out of stationary shopping and beat most of the in-store prices. All I needed to do was upload the stationary list and in a day or two, they responded to me via mail with a link to my basket. And what was even cooler, the items were all customizable in terms of quantity! 🤯 And to top it all off, there were many payment options available to use. Hats off and well done to Waltons Back To School! 👏

Dissatisfied for the second time

For the second time, after receiving notification that my box was ready for collection, there is no box at the store. This has really disappointed me as the first time I was told “this never happens” so I gave Walton’s a second chance and once again I am disappointed.
