An excellent product

I have just received the Tesla cufflinks that I ordered.
They are really lovely and the gift box that I paid extra for is well worth the money.
I had problems ordering initially but the main thing is that the product is a quality one which it certainly is.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a ring and contacted the company prior to order to confirm next day delivery actually meant that, to which they replied of course!!!!

When the ring had still not arrived three days later I called to see why it had not. His response was ‘that’s the risk you take ordering at this time of year’. He was rude and ignorant and hung up on my partner when she questioned his logic.

When the product did arrive the engraving is tiny and off centre and the ring is t true to size!!! Avoid this company at all costs the owner is a clown …

Update on your fake response

The Utter nonsense the owner has written below just proves he is a clown… I only wish I’d looked at all the other reviews on here before ordering…. It is clear the customer service is shocking so at least I know it wasnt just me…. As for lying about the poor workmanship, well you sir know the products you are sending out are rubbish…. My order was chucked in the bin it arrived and I saw how crap it was… id rather lose the money than deal with an imbecile like you…. And the reason you don’t like these reviews is unlike on your site you can’t remove the ones that show your shoddy business up for what it is…

You kindly ordered an engraved signet ring on Monday (cyber Monday) at 7:35pm. We engraved and dispatched the order for you the very next day. The order was due to arrive on Wednesday 6th December.

You called and you were very abrupt asking where your order was. I kindly asked you to calm down and then I would look into the order for you, for which you replied 'F OFF'. I responded by saying I am not here to be spoken to in such a way. I explained If anyone decides to order over a Black Friday weekend then they should expect delays as the countries couriers and postal service simply cannot cope with demand, please keep tracking. I then said my goodbyes and hung up the phone. I do not deserve to be spoken to in such a way. Sadly there are people out there who think they can just because they've parted with money to me.

Your partner then called a few minutes later. Once again I was polite and once again explained the situation. I decided to hang up again once she started to scream at me.

It appears the personalised ring was delivered a day later than scheduled. Not bad considering the time of year and that we had to engrave it!

I run a business that offers excellent products and employ a great team who care very much, and we all work extremely hard to offer a high level of service.

With regards to the engraving being off centre this is the first we've heard of it and I would imagine it's a false claim. We have clamps and software that ensures all text and logos are engraved centrally. However, like with all other customers, if the engraving is wrong or not centred, we will simply send out another product.

For any customer viewing this, we no longer pay Trustpilot for our reviews and due to this they are reluctant to help us when customers leave false complaints (like alot of recent reviews on here). This company have just told me this !

This company have just told me this; "Ian, rearrange this famous saying, "Off piss". He then put the phone down. Absolutely appalling to say the very least. All I did was question the time it took to communicate with a potential customer. I tape all my calls.

This is true, I did say this. In hindsight, I probably should have not.

Ian made an online enquiry on a Friday afternoon and then called the office on a Monday to find out why nobody had got back to him...
His request was for a visual mock up of a product with his logo (for which we do free of charge for all customers). I explained our team had forwarded his enquiry to our graphic designer and that I will chase it up for him.... Ian's response was to not bother. He started to give me a lecture about how he runs his own company and then we should have responded straight away.... after a minute or so of the lecture I said what I said...

Excellent

Excellent.
I ordered an engraved tie pin with a photo of my fiancé’s parents in it for our wedding. Also an engraved box.
Really good quality, a beautiful remembrance gift.
My fiancé was so pleased.
The engraving was superb. Real thought had gone into the way the box was engraved. I wish I could thank the engraver personally.

11 months no delivery, no refund

If it weren’t for the other reviews, I’d think this was a fraudulent business. I worked for a small business previously so I really don’t like to leave a negative review like this and have tried to be really patient.

I ordered almost a year ago online and was told the cufflinks were out of stock so there would be a delay in me receiving them. Everything seemed fine and good customer service.

It’s now been months with no further communication, no refund, and no cufflinks shipped.

I’m sure this is just a one off error and that had I received my order it would’ve been excellent. But it could’ve been resolved easily and far sooner hence this review.

Replacement received

The cuff links are nice quality and a good price, I had issues with the engraving as the font was hard to read. My initial contact with the company wasn’t great. I emailed and sent pictures and the final response was, that’s the way the font looks and some numbers are longer. However this is not reflected in any of their online font images. I really hope they give a better view of fonts as I have read in other reviews others commenting the same. So after leaving a poor review I have received a new pair for which I am really grateful. Would have been a 5 star review if they’d been great from the beginning.

SCAM

SCAM !!!
Never order from this seller !!!
My order number is #141620. I ordered on 26th August 2024, and until now, 23rd September 2024, I have never received it.
They just sent a fake Royal Mail tracking number. It always shows, "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item."

As you're aware the tracking code is an official Royal Mail tracking number.

The tracking number will ignite once a delivery has been attempted, which is has not. It does seem there's been an issue within their system.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Engraving was not as expected. Advised company of my dissatisfaction. Requested photographs which I sent. No offer of replacement ring or return for refund. I intended to order matching cufflinks and tie pin but won’t order from this company again.

Classy, elegant silver cufflinks

Picked a lovely pair of silver cufflinks for my son’s graduation and when they hadn’t arrived four days before graduation so began to panic, only to realise to my horror that I’d not actually placed the order. At 11.30pm two days ago I rushed to place my order, including the personalised wording on the back of each link. By 10am the next morning I received a confirmation email that my order was being processed. By lunchtime it had been engraved and was being shipped for next day delivery. They arrived at 11am today, just 36 hours after ordering. They are perfect! The engraving is beautiful and the sterling silver links, with his university crest on are fabulous. The quality is excellent and I feel certain this gift will last him a lifetime. I couldn’t be happier - or more relieved!

We’ve used this company several times for buying gifts .We and the recipient have always been delighted with the finished item which have been engraved to order . Beautiful bespoke items and fabulous service . We can highly recommend buying from this company you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered 7 personalised coat of arms…

I ordered 7 personalised coat of arms cufflinks. The first set arrived and I could not read the surnames as they were too small, in addition, the family crest was off centre on several of the items. What was sent was not as per the proof I had approved. To B&B's credit, they agreed to re-make them by tweaking the design slightly. I did make the point several times in writing, that the most important element was that the surnames at the bottom were legible. They issued me (what is apparent now) a very zoomed in close up picture of one of the new cufflinks, and it appeared ok. However, once received, there was the same issue. The lettering was illegible to the naked eye, irrespective of what a close up picture showed. I was now very frustrated and disappointment as these were gifts to my Groomsmen party and it was now too late with the big day only days away. I complained again but this time was met with excuses, sarcastic remarks regarding the zoomed in picture vs naked eye and regarding expectations on a 16mm width cufflink. I then had protracted exchange with a the owner named Chris Lee. As we reached stalemate on our views of the cufflink, I invited him to come and see them for himself which is when Mr. Lee went quiet.

We take every complaint serious and if we're in the wrong or the goods we send are not eligible then we will replace.
The first batch we sent were not off centre, that's never been an issue during our communication and only now when you're venting your disappointment.

The cufflinks you received were 100% eligible and everyone in the office could read the names. You wanted the scrolls larger so the names were visible from afar but as explained this would make the crests unproportionate.

I wasn't prepared to send another 7 pairs on top of the 14 pairs we'd already sent as the second batch you'd received were very acceptable.

Wrong item, still waiting a month later

Ordered two sets of personalised cufflinks, one set were the wrong type.

Emailed to complain and ask for correct cufflinks to be sent. After no response for a month and a follow up, they responded and sent the correct cufflinks straight away.

A fabulous shopping experience…

A fabulous shopping experience from start to finish. I bought the sterling silver ruby tie slide with an engraving. Customer service was excellent, I spoke to them on the phone and also asked a question via email and on both occasions the replies were prompt with accurate and helpful information. Delivery was quicker than I expected but the best bit was the item itself. It’s a really beautiful piece, the engraving looks fabulous and the item is well presented in the gift box. I will recommend and use again. Thank you.

CHEAP AND NASTY!

Recently bought my boyfriend a watch/jewellery box so ordered one from Badger & Brown. When it arrived, it looked way more orange than brown, it was light as a feather and felt/looked so cheap. It also appeared to have a strip of glue on the left hand side of the box. They do not offer any form of free returns which is also super inconvenient and costly, and seems very unreasonable considering it is an online retailer. Would not recommend to a friend!

I would not recommend at all.
We were sent such bad quality cufflinks that you could barely read the writing and after getting in touch with them, they sent new ones out which were just as blurry and still unreadable. After getting back in touch with them and sending them pictures of the clearly blurry cufflinks, they said they were happy with the quality of them and would not issue a refund.
If they can honestly say they are happy with the quality of the cufflinks then I would avoid at all costs! Awful company!

You kindly purchased the Star Wars personalised cufflinks. You were unhappy with the first pair we sent you, so we sent another pair with a higher printing spec. We agree about the first pair being on the 'light' side but the second pair were perfect and what we advertise. This is the first negative review we've received about this product.

We're a very reasonable company who go out of their way to make everyone happy but in this circumstance it was been impossible to do so.

The products we sent you are very acceptable and were very clear and readable. Sadly as they've been personalised we couldn't offer a refund on them.
