Lack of communication and updates
Bought a tie bar on 5th July and based on delivery information, I would expect it within 1-2 working days. Didn't get it then so I emailed and was told the item I ordered was out of stock and they offered an alternative. Fair enough. They've provided me with the tracking for my item and it's been 3 days since they posted the item and still nothing and now no response from my emails.

Ecoustic Guitar cufflinks highly recommend.…
I ordered the Ecoustic Guitar cufflinks for my grandson's prom and couldn't have been more delighted with the product. They were beautifully engraved, excellent quality and great design. My grandson, who plays the guitar, loved them. Communication was very good and they arrived on time in a lovely gift box. Highly recommend this company and their products.

I think the answers speak for themselves. I left FOUR STARS originally because although there were problems, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt as I did eventually receive a refund. However my comments were intended to be helpful & constructive so the seller would understand how his out of date website was having a negative impact on the customers experience.
I sent him very polite emails because there were mistakes with my order but unfortunately I am seen as problematic. I guess the seller could do without polite customers like me so I have updated my review, revised my score & I won’t be bothering him again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
There were problems with my order, the engraving on both items was wrong plus they were not as shown on the website. Rather than leave negative feedback I contacted the company first. Communication wasn’t the best, some messages went unanswered, some responses took a while & the seller was a tad abrupt on the phone but with a bit of patience & understanding, the problems were eventually resolved. I think if the website was more accurate customers would be better informed resulting in less frustration & more positive reviews. In my case, a) the image of the tie pin with the badger monogram needs removing because it is no longer available, b) the luxury tie pin case is actually just a cufflinks case so please make this clear & c) dispatch times seem to be unachievable so perhaps change the delivery info & ask customers to allow at least 2 weeks for their orders so this allows for busy times, postal delays & problems with orders which could be corrected.

I didn't receive the correct cufflinks…
I didn't receive the correct cufflinks and despite a lot of calls, emails, and trying to contact via social media I couldn't get a response. They replied to a social media comment to say they were resent, which they weren't. I eventually got a refund but wouldn't use them again. Mistakes happen, it's how you fix them that shows how a business operates and B&B were terrible.

Rude, hurtful, upsetting customer service
Ordered cufflinks 10 days ahead of Fathers’ Day. Was told standard delivery 1-2 working days.
I emailed 5 days later to ask for a delivery estimate. Waited another 2 days to be told they were having problems due to the heat, no reference to Fathers’ Day, cufflinks would be processed the following week.
When I replied saying I was incredibly disappointed for the short notice, and asking for a refund of delivery costs, the owner sent a curt and hurtful reply telling me to take my “unwanted” money elsewhere. The order was immediately cancelled.
Left feeling very hurt, confused and having to explain to my children why the drawings they did for their dad’s cufflinks won’t be made. I called to speak to the owner but my call has been unanswered to date.

Late delivery
I orders some custom engraved cuff links last month of the 25th of may and they finally arrived today 7th of June when I ordered 5 working day delivery after multiple times trying to contact the company from phone calls, emails, and through social media but with no prevail I did not get a reply, the cufflinks are in good condition and the custom engraved box it in good shape, if you don’t mind waiting longer then expecting the products are in good shape but if you need them fast or have anxiety you may struggle with not knowing where your package is!

Late delivery / No correspondence from company
Ordered a pair of cufflinks a week before a wedding and paid £6 for 1-2 days delivery. Cufflinks didn't arrive till after the wedding.
I emailed a few days before the wedding to ask what was taking so long as I hadn't had any correspondence regarding the delivery. Didn't receive a reply.

Just bought a pair of amonite…
Just bought a pair of amonite cufflinks. Not only really pleased with the product but the service was great. I ordered a spotty pair but then saw these which were better suited as the gift I wanted. I’d ordered engraving but they I’m existent responded, changed my order at no extra cost and delivered quickly. Really nice engraving which is subtle. Highly recommend.
Paper Aeroplane Cufflinks
I ordered an engraved set of paper aeroplane cufflinks for my first wedding anniversary. Having taken a while to decide on a gift, I ended up placing an order with Badger and Brown at the last minute.

Really sorry to see this business getting poor reviews from people where it seems to really be that they're just asking for the moon, and expecting post on a Sunday or that small cufflinks will be able to hold an image of the globe in excruciating detail.

If I could have rated this lower I would have. I have never in all my life received such poor customer service. I asked how we could resolve an issue and just got rudeness back. I called to speak to the so called Director Chris who personally attacked me saying how I was “that type of person”. I was just trying to purchase some cufflinks for my fiancé for our wedding day. To be honest the quality is not that great so I will search for a better gift for my future husband. I was told I wouldn’t get my money back (I had no personalised engraving on it) so I will cut my losses. I really don’t want the gift to my husband on our wedding day to be tainted in this way. Please do not buy from this company. You may get lucky but know if you have any issues you are just going to get smothered in rudeness and personally abused. This company should not be allowed to operate. Update while writing this I received this email with a touch of blackmail. I would just like to mention that I had no personal engraving what he is referring to is the F1 Mercedes racing team logo which is the default. I will not send these back because I do not trust this man to give me a refund. Not great in the current climate but I just don’t need the stress and aggravation.
You can have a full refund.
If you leave a review, then you cannot and we will abide by our terms of business that engraved items are non-refundable.

I ordered personalised cufflinks from Badger and Brown on a Monday morning. I did not read the "48 hour processing" time and expected my cufflinks to be with me the following day. I emailed them the following day and they informed me of the 48 hour processing time, which is fine. I needed it for the weekend, so it would still be with me Thursday. I emailed them on Wednesday afternoon and heard nothing back. I tried again Thursday and heard nothing. The phone only goes to VM. Eventually, at just before 3pm I got an email that my order was refunded. A short email saying it did not set right and I'm refunded. No apology whatsoever.
I would not use Badger and Brown if my life depended on it.
Edit: The response from B&B is the primary reason you should never use this company. I already admitted I didn't read the 48 hours to make, however, still attacking me over that??? Really?
Just as a breakdown...Ordering Monday morning, the cufflinks should have been completed on Wednesday morning. My emails went unanswered until Thursday afternoon, when the cufflinks should have been delivered already. Furthermore, if it took 48 hours to make, then by Wednesday morning you would have seen it was not great and you could have done them again. And it still would have been with me by Saturday.
Chris, you should seriously learn some customer service. I'll start you off with your first lesson. When a client pays for something and you are incapable of delivering said service or product, APOLOGISE.

And Chris, I did leave a one star review for another company after their own ordering system was wrong....and only after having to show screenshots did I get a refund for my delivery charge. You, on the other hand, still think it appropriate to attach customers.

I didn’t receive my order after 2 weeks so I emailed to enquire about it. I got a quick response that my order would be posted the following day. I am absolutely over the moon with the cufflinks for my fiancé on our wedding day. I am now going to order some for my dad. Thank you.

Dishonest, rude, always excuses for everything despite having email proof. Promised replacement items that were never sent. Promised a refund then said he changed his mind on the refund due to our honest review.

order not recived poor customer services
I ordered the product on a 5-day delivery for a specific reason. In that, I required the product within a couple of weeks and given postal strikes, I allowed myself 20 days for delivery.
When this item did not arrive, I requested tracking details. These did not arrive all I was sent was an order confirmation, on follow up I requested a refund if "lost in the post" this time i received a very curt email stating the item was not lost just delayed, with no tracking no further explanation or apology.
The item has yet to arrive, after contacting the company i was told the item has been delivered, but there was no signature of receipt or photo, my front door is covered by a camera and on the date of delivery there was no delivery activity. I have challenged but had no response.
I understand that postal strikes could have impacted on this but I received multiple orders from other companies over this time, and those companies who could not or would not use alternatives to Royal Mail did post warnings of delays. There was non of this here so i assumed an alternative postal company would be used.

If you read the response to this review, and in fact the response to any negative review on here, this is the reason you should avoid this company. They have no idea how to deal with customers when things go wrong.

3 stars cause I ordered two items, one of them was a pic in a tie pin. The image has been stretched so much, I can’t use the item. If you are adding an image & charging me for it, the best you can do is make it look decent.
