I recently sold a few bags through Bagista, and I’m really happy with the whole experience. The process was straightforward, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Emma, in particular, was fantastic, super helpful, friendly, and kept me updated the entire time. The pricing was fair, and I got paid quickly once my bags sold. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend Bagista to anyone looking to sell their bags :))

I came across Bagista online, and this was my first time selling a used bag through a shop. I was tired of dealing with self-managed platforms, so I requested quotes from a few different companies. Based on their excellent Google reviews, I decided to reach out to Bagista via WhatsApp at the end of January.

Their response was quick, and they were incredibly professional. Our communication was smooth, and they explained every step of the process clearly, which gave me confidence as a first-time seller. Since I live in the Midlands, dropping my bag off at their London store wasn’t convenient, but they arranged a courier to collect it straight from my home, so easy!

Once they received and assessed my bag, they listed it on their website and kept me updated throughout. Within a month, my bag was sold at the agreed price, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. A special thanks to Emma, Rai, and the rest of the team, they were professional, friendly, and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Bagista again for selling my other bags in the future!

Not all the hardware stickers were on the bag. So I wouldn’t call it “brand new box fresh”. The soles of the little feet had slight scratches on them.

It was a pleasure selling to Bagista, the process was quick and easy. They quoted a fair price that was much higher than any other second hand dealer in the Knightsbridge/South Kensington area.

Just sold a bag (vintage chanel flap) with Bagista on consignment. It was the first time I’ve ever sold a bag with anyone and they couldn't have been nicer to work with. They were always friendly and helpful, communication was always prompt and helpful. The price was fair, and my bag sold in 2 weeks, even though it was listed in January which I expected to be a slow times for sales. Great service all round!

Everything went well until I was slapped with almost a $600.00 UPS charge!!! Not happy........this has never happened before and I order a fair amount of thing from the UK.

It is always an absolute pleasure dealing with Bagista! This is the first time followed the consignment process as opposed to straight buy out. Whilst it means waiting a little longer, the payout was better. The Bagista team were absolutely amazing all the way through. Extremely professional and courteous and always provided prompt responses. I would highly recommend Bagista and will most definitely be using them again.

I couldn't recommend Bagista / Dominykas enough - I bought a Chanel Small Classic Flap, and the service was amazing!

They were so accommodating from start to finish, and Dom was contactable on WhatsApp for all the questions I had ahead of purchasing.

Evidently after I purchased the item I wanted, they realized that someone had bought it that very same day. I understand that accidents happen, but but that is very disappointing.

Update: I received an email the next day addressing the issue I experienced. Bagista was very concerned about what happened to me and offered me a credit to offset the experience. Totally unexpected, but shows that they are a company that will go all the way for customer service.

I would highly recommend Bagista for selling or purchasing your items. They are highly efficient in authenticating and getting your items sold. Dominykas, Tom and Emma were excellent in dealing with my recent items for sale and kept in touch during the process. The shop is stunning and their display of designer items is the best. The team are all very professional in what they do and you can trust their expertise knowledge in authenticating your items and getting them sold. They accept the very best of beautiful designer pieces therefore you know you are selecting a beautifully conditioned bag.
