This is a really good platform to build custom solutions on. It takes a bit of getting used to it to get started, but once you do, you will enjoy developing on it. I also appreciate the live support and ticketing responsiveness. Makes a big difference when you are stuck. Keep it up.

The support is a bit slow, the major issue the extensions are outdated and contains a log of bugs

We bought several modules/extensions for Bagisto for an e-commerce site that we are setting up.
But I encountered some issues on installing them due to version incompatibilities. So we asked the support if they can install it for us and they did so without delay.

Shoutout to Anmol Singh Chauhan for his prompt assistance and for answering my queries. He was even making a follow-up on the ticket that I raised when there was an update delay from our end.
