I had ordered a crimson outfit and had it customized to my requirements by requesting additional lining for the sleeves for modesty and a matching hijab. I received my order and it was honestly the best. The outfit was so done up and beads were so stunning. Hijab matched perfectly too. So pleased with my order and inshallah will be ordering from them again

So I had an awful experience. The dress I ordered wasn’t in a great condition. Beads etc falling apart. I’ve sent numerous messages to customer service who just blank you! Also one reply after I sent a bad review from customer service said they would refund me but I still haven’t got that refund and literally no reply to my messages!! Avoid like the plague I would never buy from them again

My order was 6 weeks delay for no reason. Was promised refund on shipping but never received any. The good review are from they self 😂
Also the dont reply you but they have the time to get your review removed even if you send prof to Trustpilot. But Trustpilot and bahirah is a scam !!!

I really should have read the reviews on this company before I ordered. Bahirah.com has turned out to be the single worst mistake I have made in ordering Pakistani clothes from.

I received automatic confirmation of my order as expected. After that, complete silence. The website said 3-4 weeks processing time. 4 weeks came and went, no sign of my order.

That's when I started chasing and to say that customer service is a joke is an understatement. I trained as a lawyer and know my rights in getting my money refunded so ultimately ended up going via my bank to raise a dispute for a refund.

The company didn't bother to inform me they were expecting a delay in my order. I had to chase them to find out. They quoted me an arrival date 1 week after my order should have arrived. Needless to say no order was delivered.

I chased again a full week and a half later. Lazy response.

I posted a comment on their public Instagram to chase delivery and make it clear I would play hardball and go down the legal route if needed - obviously they deleted my comment.

I would highly recommend if you did not receive your order and are out of pocket, please go to your bank and raise a transaction dispute. Your bank should be able to refund you your money and leave Bahirah to explain to their bank why they suddenly have an influx of disputes on their account.

I was skeptical about ordering online as im quite tall but the fitting was amazing! The dress fit like a glove and is exceptional quality.
I will definatly be recommending you to friends and family and will be ordering again very soon!

LOVE MY SUIT! I initially ordered a Gulaal design and was told it would be delayed from the brand itself and was asked to choose a different design. I chose a baroque design and let me tell you it was the best decision. I prefer it so much more than the original order. It’s stitched to perfection, the fitting is perfect. Definitely going to shop here for second eid! Can’t wait to see new designs

DO NO ORDER FROM HERE. All the positives reviews you’re seeing on this page are FAKE, who would create a trust pilot account only to post reviews for one company? Some accounts with 5 star reviews only have a single review associated with them.

I ordered from here in October, never got my money back and never got my order. I only got a message to give them my order number and they never replied after that. I constantly harassed them. I will be reporting them for fraud, please do the same. They are based in the UK, you can either report on the police.uk website or any other government website.

I wish I never ordered from this company. I ordered for a special event and was sent my order late after multiple messages which they would only occasionally reply to. When I received my order the stitching and sizing was not as expected and they did not respond to my emails. They ignored me and when I commented on their Instagram post, blocked me so that I can no longer contact them via insta either. Honestly I sometimes think that people who leave reviews are just moaning but this company was terrible for a custom stitched item with ridiculous customer service so I wanted to write a review to help people avoid the headache. I decided to go with them over other sites as I had used them for ready stitched clothes before and always received my order but I really regret doing custom stitched with them. So glad I only decided to order one outfit to see how it turned out first. I now have a dress I spent over £100 on that I have to spend more money on to alter. Whether it’s a genuine designer I have no idea but I hope so for my money’s sake.

I still have not received my order. I ordered it on 16th March - £105.

I emailed 9 times. I initially emailed saying I haven't received a confirmation email. They replied saying they will resend it. Still have not recieved it. The amount of inconvenience they have caused.
I am planning to show as many people as I can how unreliable they are.

Please please don't order from them I don't want anyone to lose money.

They emailed me saying I'll get a refund. But I still have not received any money from them. Ridiculous!

Before placing my order I emailed about express delivery as I needed my outfits within 3-4 weeks. I was promised that I would get it on time, I’ve sent numerous emails, and i did not receive the outfits in-time even tough I paid extra for express delivery, and I was left with no outfits for my brothers wedding 2 days before. I’ve emailed once again numerous times to find out what’s happening with my order but I am left with no reply and I paid for 3 outfits that costed a lot of money!!
