Great service

From measuring up to fitting it has been a positive experience. They managed our expectations by realistically letting us know how long we would have to wait for our shutters. They gave the option of having some of our blinds fitted early or wait to have everything fitted on the same day. The fitter who came to the house was professional and friendly. All in all fabulous service! Would recommend

We used Baileys blinds for our new shutters from start to finish the experience was professional and very pleasant!
From measuring, ordering and fitting this company went above and beyond.
Would definitely recommend Baileys blinds if you’re considering shutters , I love them .

Quoted £80 to fix a £3.50 bracket

My conservatory blinds were fitted in 2021, recently one of the brackets broke. I sent pictures and an email explaining to Baileys blinds, i received a response stating they could provide a replacement bracket for £7 (£3.50p for the bracket + £3.50 postage)

Having paid the £7 I quickly received the bracket (4 were sent) but the brackets were incomplete, missing the part i needed. I emailed them to explain this and received a curt email back stating they had sent me pictures of the bracket to confirm they were sending the right one, also within the email they now told me some of their components may have changed.

I emailed back to request a refund as i was unable to fix the blind without the complete bracket. I also informed them they had not sent any photos to me. They confirmed the blinds I had purchased by retrieving my order from their system.
In their response they apologised and acknowledged they hadn't sent photos and quoted £80 - £7 call out fee for someone to see if they “could” fix the blind.
I have confirmed I will not pay the call out fee, requested a refund and their complaints department contact details as I would have expected their blinds and their "components" to last longer than 3 years. If they sent me the complete bracket I would have been able to fix this myself.

My email requesting a refund and their complaints department contact details has so far been ignored.

Very happy Customer

Daniel installed 3 shutters at my property on Monday and did the job quickly, proficiently and they look perfect.

I could not be happier with the finished product.

Daniel was great as i was working from home as they were installed and was very respectful when i was on calls and tidying up after himself.

Blinds look great

Blinds look great. Had two fitted in the kitchen, one was slightly wonky but Baileys sent the fitter the following week to straighten it up. Really pleased with them.

We reported a fault with one of our…

We reported a fault with one of our blinds although it was working it would only close one way. After paying the £80 fee for call out the repair person arrived and promptly snapped the cord disabling the blind completely. He then told us it would be £130 to repair it but couldn’t do that at our property and it would cost £200 to replace, and he would advise the company that because the blind wasn’t working and we don’t have curtains he would place an emergency order and we would have it on the following Tuesday. He then left after we requested a replacement. We spoke to a lady at the office to order the blind to be informed the price was £379 we would not be able to have it the following Tuesday. In fact it was the 16th of July.
