Absolute rubbish experience, booked my appointment the day before which was confirmed over the phone. And on the day when I have checked with Trevor apparently I have lost my spot without even telling me about it. so I was meant to make two hours journey to Coventry and they don’t even bother to let you know that the viewing is off the table. I certainly will not ever deal with this Agency.

If I could leave zero I would. I have issue with tenants next door to me. I’ve made repeated complaints to Lincoln branch who literally could not care less. As long as they are getting rent that’s all they are bothered about and to hell with any neighbours. The times not ignored me, told manager will call me to discuss issue. That’s when ste actually seems to be working. Twice I’ve been told she is not in that day as on annual leave. Still waiting for that call from her. I’ve left voicemails and sent emails. All ignored. When speak to reception. They give the generic oh I’m so sorry, we have policies in place for nuisance tenants. Well clearly not ones you act upon. Or at the least the tenants as ignorant to you as they are to their neighbours. Regardless you’ve shown me nothing that even suggests you are bothering to address the issues.
When these people leave eventually who are causing the disruption , as I’m sure they will. I shall make sure any future potential tenant is given a few facts before they decide to rent from this shamble of a company.

I would recommend anyone looking for good customer care, attention to detail and a professional and personalised experience to Lisa. An amazing listener which was duly noted as Im quite literal and very black and white person. She understood my position thus far and how I was not happy or satisfied. Did not complain or was rude but took me on and made it her mission to get me processed and through the system as quick as possible. Because of this I now have the accommodation I want. Was very close to taking my business elsewhere.
Amber brown was very professional in the viewing and answered my queries.
At first I wasn’t sure whether to leave a review due to certain difficulties I came up against whilst dealing with Bairstoweves but the way Lisa took on my case and made it her mission to turn my experience around was outstanding and should be an example.

Landlord is the final word and agency doesn’t involve in dispute with land lord.

I have been letting my property through Bairstows for a number of years now and my recent experience with them has been exceptional. The Letting team of Jamie,Charlie and Jess did an extremely professional job with advertising, viewings with continuous feedback throughout the process.

I have a buy to let property in Barking bought from and managed by the local Bairstow Eves office. I'm VERY unhappy with the service I receive from them. I pay a monthly service charge and yet get no service.
Every month, the rent paid to Countrywide by Housing Benefit on my tenant's behalf goes astray. Every month it takes weeks of emails to trace the money despite my tenant sending a reference number. Housing Benefit have invited Countrwide to sign up to the landlord's portal so they know exactly when the rent is being paid. I have no idea whether Countrywide have signed up because neither they nor the Barking office respond to my emails. The January rent has not yet been paid to me. This is causing problems with mortgage payments, service charges etc. I'm certain my tenant is not the only person in receipt of Housing Benefit that Countrywide deal with and yet they seem to have no system for dealing with what is after all public money.

I've let my property with Bairstow Eves Sutton in Ashfield for several years now and wouldn'tgo anywhereelse. The whole experience from advertising the property to the lease renewal has been stress free. I don't have to remember anything, everything is taken care of by the agent. They keep me fully updated on all aspects of the rental. The staff are friendly and experienced all contributing to a happy landlord and tenant.

I dealt with Bairstow eves in Dagenham. Karen and all the staff were so dedicated, motivated from the very beginning till the end, even navigating difficult moments. They followed up every phase of the deal perfectly well and chased up all issues outstanding. Brilliant customer service. Definitely recommend them.

The customer service base on day to when I received the house. It was the fastest letting so far and all thanks to Grace with her excellent communication and guidance during the whole process

They don´t even deserve a one star rating. Don´t use them. They don´t care anything about customer service!!!

Dishonest, incompetent, the last 18 months have been infuriating stressful and costly, systemic failures in their property management team, did not manage the property licensing process, Help2 Rent tenant, let the H2R rent guarantee expire, so no rent cover and tenant in significant arrears, a personal data breach, lost keys, among a litany of failures. Avoid this company at all costs look around do t be fooled by the size of this company, it’s size dwarfs its ability to manage a single property with competence or integrity.

Very professional in the field of lettings and an excellent customer care from day one to when we got our keys. Very supportive and sent us a video viewing which enabled us to make a decision on the property and its just perfect.

I collaborated with the Mortgage and Protection consultant, and the response was exceptional. They were accommodating, striving to secure the best possible deal. I highly recommend their services.

We rented a flat with this agency finally we kicked out!
not or late response for any issues, weeks/months with faulty washing machine and boilers. It's nightmare!

Useless agency

I'm happy to recommend Bairstow Eves of Atherstone, because Emily and Sammy accomplished the sale of my father-in-law's property in a very efficient and pleasant manner.

While in the process of purchasing a property i had my mortgage adviser and solicitor, but the agent pressured me into using their services by stating multiple times on the phone the seller would rather the buyer use their services. After the third time i was pressured into saying yes because in all the telephone conversations i was not getting anywhere until I said yes.
The mistake I made was having all this conversation in a telephone conversation instead of emails. Their complaint department just threw the case under the bus because I had no evidence and their telephone conversations were not recorded.

I avoid this company and their services.

Terrible company, absolute set of charlatons. They scam you during tenancy by making up false issues which they cannot backup with proof, and then when I ended my agreement with them it's been 5 weeks of promised deposit return and nothing received. Scammers, avoid!!!
