ery disappointing experience. The firm rarely responds to emails, and even after phone calls, they promise to get back to you but never do. Their handling of my house purchase was poor — money was still owed, and they failed to chase it up properly on my behalf. The service was slow, communication was almost non-existent, and there were several false promises along the way. I would not recommend Baker Law Solicitors based on my experience

The worse solicitors in Derbyshire supposed to help you and support you which I did at the beginning after that the support and help us cut off the they didn’t support me or help me in my case they addressed me with the wrong surname.. and I never made any contact with me by email calling or text at all… I don’t recommend this solicitors at all whatsoever…

Terrible family solicitors Abi Saunders gave incorrect advice, dropped out of a hearing leaving me in the lurch, they fight for the opposite side, I actually wrote my statements for her and 3 times she left out the important information that I asked her to include AVOID

Unfortunately I can only echo the other poor reviews with the same v. poor service:
v keen to take my case but once they must've decided it wasn't worth enough to them they never bothered to even let me know I'd been dropped.
I rang for clarity, was told they'd get back to me after lunch but I never heard anything.
People are seeking HELP after their misfortune, not further insult to their injuries.

Amazing experience with baker Coleman. Had an injury claim through the military, yes it took awhile to be completed but dealing with the military I understand that but these guys really helped me out and got me an amazing deal! So thank you very much and would definitely recommend to anyone

My claim did take a long time to settle, however, Nick Elkins kept me updated with everything that was happening with my claim. I did receive a payment which I was happy about given that falling and injuring my knee was a big issue for me , I'm now healed after surgery and happy with the service I had . Thanks bakers , 5 stars for excellence.

After having an accident I employed Bakers Solicitors to pursue my claim, this was handled by Gregory Parry. Throughout my claim was Mr Parry explained what was happening and what could or would happen. He managed to get me a very good settlement and I was very happy with the fees. I used them in 2007 and got scammed, been chasing my money ever since. The guy in charge of my case forgot a few things. I said I'd settle for 80k so you put your fees on top of the 80k and that's what I want (I was advised this was good for a brain damage case, it was not) he said yes he would contact the defendants. He phoned me back saying it had been accepted and told me he had my 80k then he said they just need to take their percentage as agreed to which I argued my point in the end he transfered me the amount I didn't agree upon then after a few years of chasing up my money back I found out the guy in charge of my case had died from a brain tumour I think it was which suggests he probably didn't have his best thinking cap on at the time. Disgusting people please avoid.

I've been after an update since November 2021 for hearing loss due to employment. Still no progress and still no response. Utter useless!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING the fact these 'solicitors' think they can get away with leading my extremely vulnerable mother, that has just fled domestic violence into thinking they'll help her through her case just to drop her like a sack of *** and not return ANY CALLS after MONTHS, after taking ALL her personal info!!!!!! PIECES OF **** how do you sleep at night knowing you're scamming innocent vulnerable people who need help!!!!!! SCAMMERS NEED REPORTING ASAP please AVOID!!!! DIABOLICAL

Shocking service took them 6 months to tell me i couldn't get legal aid after getting different bits of paper work. I then asked them to send me the fees im still waiting almost a month later took two solicitors to deal with it and not one of them get back to you after numerous phone calls would definitely stay clear and look around these are a shambles
