They claimed the item was in stock, but when I tried to purchase it online, the website kept showing an unrelated error. I reached out for support but received no response. Eventually, I managed to place the order as a guest, but never received any updates. In the end, I had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back. I’d strongly advise avoiding this company.
Stay away from their repair service. I found this service to get my cargo bike rain cover repaired. Opened a ticket and got instructed to send the part by post. The tracking indicated the parcel was delivered at the correct shop's address on 17 September 2025, but after a month nobody was getting back. Multiple messages sent in the chat with no reaction, calling their phone number an automatic message replied all the times to send an email, but also there nobody reacted. After additional attempts finally they replied (by chat) they never received a parcel from me, and didn't even apologise for having lost my part. Result: I don't have anymore the original part, I lost the shipment cost and no alternative solution proposed. I feel fooled and I strongly suggest to stay away from this shop.
