Delicious prepared food, very satisfying & decent prices. The quality of the meals make it worth their price. The only thing we wish even though they have a lot of choices, is to add or change up their choices. I say this because there are several entrees that we wouldn't eat (ex: bean dishes) so it limits our choices. Also their fish dishes are not fresh (fishy smell). It's too bad because we love fish. We lost a good amount of weight with these meals so that's another reason we're giving it 5 stars besides the satisfying tasty meals.

Meals always tasty and satisfying. Great job for giving the day off for the cook!

The food is delicious! The box always arrives timely. Dry ice is packed around all the meals. I like having fresh, healthy ready in minutes.

I have acid reflux so I’m limited to which meals I can eat without problems even though I like spicy foods. Your gourmet meals are delicious but some come back to haunt me. Haha. I’m now choosing those that don’t cause me problems when I reorder.

My Hubby and I ordered initially to make menu planning easy as we lost inches and body fat and keep ordering now because of convenience and great taste! The filters make it easy to choose foods that fit our picky priorities. Shipments are timely and packaging is easy to manage in the freezer and fridge. We also send meals to his Mom who is miles away, to be sure she always has something tasty on hand.

I ordered seafood dish and breakfast dish. Breakfast was fine. Nothing special about it. It is just same as Jimmy Dean you can buy from grocery. But the fish!! OMG It was so bad. Bad smell, old, and dull taste. It is just simply old ingredients. The side dish was okay but the bad fishy smel is soaked into side dish so it was not good either. I wish I was able to like it, because it is so easy solution for quick meal. But I could not torelate the fish at all (any fish dishes). I emailed customer service. They said "there is nothing wrong with dish and we wish your you success along your journey towards life-transforming wellness". Bad customer service.

I have purchased from Balance bistroMD, once.The food was inedible. It was spoiled. I threw it out. The only portion of my order that was edible, were snacks, and even then, not all were good tasting. I did like the pizza puffs and was thinking about ordering them again, but did not, as I do not want to support the company that sells poor quality product and does not post all user reviews about their company. I have already written the review for Balance by bistroMD reviews on yotpo, about my purchase and food experience and I cannot find it anywhere, may be because the review was not favorable

I enjoyed the offerings when I first tried BistroMD a couple years ago. I guess my taste in food is just a bit more simple than the target for this program. Almost all of the previous meals including chicken breast have disappeared in favor of more seafood, lamb, and lower quality ground beef and ground chicken. I still enjoy some of the breakfast offerings, but very few of the lunch/dinner meals are appealing.

I have really liked Balance by bistroMD because it offers much more flexibility than the structured BistroMD program, with the same delicious meals. However, recently it seems that many of the entrees that were available a couple of months ago are no longer there, without anything new to replace them. I particularly liked some of the salmon and tex-mex dishes, which have disappeared.

There lots of choices so you can choose foods you enjoy. I Really like the food I have chosen. These meals are helping me on my mission to loose weight and be healthier by lowering my carb, sugar & sodium intake as my Dr's have directed. It is working, and it couldn't be simpler!

Good variety and selection of meal, reasonably priced.

I enjoy the variety and the ability to choose what meals I want. I would suggest cutting back on some of the seasonings such as black pepper in some breakfasts. I feel people can add it if they want it.

Fairelygood selection & would enjoy more frequent new selections.

The plan is a little more expensive, but the meals are delicious and they are perfectly balanced for diabetics and there are a lot of choices. The program allows you to gradually cut your order as you learn to design and cook your own meals, which is not easy and takes a long time, but you have the plan to help keep you on target as you learn. This is the best program out there I believe for losing the weight and learning how to keep it off. Thanks, Balance BistroMD!

I tried some other meal delivery programs. They were good, but required cooking. This plan is great, its "real food" already to eat, very convenient to re-heat, and so low in calories. Also, each meal is enough food. I'm a big guy, trying to loose weight. Calorie wise I could eat two meals for dinner and be good, but one meal is enough, and I cut down on calories. Good variety, tastes great.
