Wedding helium balloons
Wedding helium balloons.
Instructions were clear and helpful and due to Covid restrictions staff working from home were extremely helpful and supportive - all in all a five star service and my daughter’s wedding although a smaller affair than planned was beautiful with the addition of the wedding balloons!

I was surprised when this was delivered earlier than stated so thank you. It is important however to do your homework as to how many Balloons you want o inflate. We had some huge ones so it didn’t last long, however we still have some balloons up on the ceiling several weeks later. Good product, don’t buy cheaper as you will be disappointed.

I liked the colours of the balloons…
I liked the colours of the balloons very much, and they were easy to blow up, but they were difficult to tie a knot in after blowing them up. That can be true of other balloons, of course, we just thought these were harder than usual.

I wonder if perhaps the balloons were slightly over-filled which could make them a little trickier? We do also sell a product called a Helivalve which you can use instead of tying knots in the balloons, it may be worth considering these for the future!

doesn't seem to be much air for your money but the service overall was ok.
Don't forget you have to keep the container and have the hassle of disposing it.

Unfortunately a helium shortage last Summer did lead to the suppliers all increasing their prices so helium is at an all time high, although we do work hard to make sure our prices are competitive and as low as possible for our customers.
For the Disposable Cylinders we do include instructions for disposable on the packaging to try and help advise.

My only complaint is that it was difficult to get the contents of some of the balloons to distribute and stick to the inside when inflated

Arrived after the event!
Despite chasing - the product arrived several days after the date indicated on the order and after the event the balloons were required for - it was therefore of no value whatsoever. The product itself is straight forward to use.

We are doing everything we can to ensure that orders arrive on the date requested, however due to the unprecedented demands our on courier partners there may be delays in some areas of the UK. This is something that changes on a daily basis and we're not able to anticipate what/where these delays may happen ahead of time.
Despite their best efforts, it’s likely some areas of the country will experience some level of disruption due to Coronavirus-related absences at local mail centres or delivery offices or due to the extra demands and procedures that delivery drivers have to adhere to. We keep in regular contact with our courier partners and for the most part they are doing a fantastic job in difficult circumstances, but there are the odd occasion where delays like this do unfortunately happen.
We do appreciate and understand your disappointment with this unforeseen delay and would like to apologise again for this.

Great service during difficult times (Covid19) Small helium canister arrived in plenty of time to enable me to do my own balloon display for my son‘s 18th birthday during lockdown. Easy to order, quick delivery and it came with full instructions! Brilliant!
