We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the number of balloons that you were able to fill with the cylinder. Unfortunately I cannot see that you had contacted us to discuss this as we would have liked to help give you some answers and could have investigated the cylinder if we thought there may have been a problem with it.
The estimates given are maximum quantities which don't allow for any over-inflation of the balloons or any wastage of the gas. It is very important to use a size guide when inflating the balloons just to be sure that you aren't over-inflating them as even an extra inch can take a lot more helium and greatly reduce the number of balloons that you are able to fill. You can make a simple size guide by cutting out, for example, a 9" diameter circle from a piece of card and inflating the balloon through there as you go.
I do apologise again for any disappointment, but hope that this may help for the future.

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately I cannot see that you have contacted us previously to discuss your concerns at all.
Upon tracking your parcel I can see that the delivery was attempted at 4.38pm on Friday 15th November, which was the delivery date that you had requested. Unfortunately the delivery failed due to the business being closed. The driver does require a signature due to the parcel containing a compressed gas cylinder.

Disappointed ☹️
Two canisters did not nearly fill 100 balloons. One of the nozzles was leaking and half the gas escaped. Only found this out afternoon of party. No time to sort.. half balloons couldn’t be used. Estimation of numbers canister fills is way too high.
