EMG pickups order
Delivery of pickups was delayed. Phoned B & T directly and was told would be phoned back with an update. This was not the case and I had to phone again myself after 2 weeks. This time I was phoned back as promised and pickups arrived from supplier the next day. Polite, sincere staff, genuinely apologetic. Would use this shop again.

I took my Ibanez Acoustic Guitar to…
I took my Ibanez Acoustic Guitar to Roger at B&T Music for a service. When collected i was so pleased what a wonderful job superb craftsmen ship. He had adjusted the neck lowered the nut and bridge fitted new strings polished and cleaned the whole guitar and lemon oiled it. It plays like a new guitar better than every and made it easier for me to play. Although i could never do it justice in sure it must of sounded wonderful when the guys in B&T music tested played it. Thanks Again i will always come back great service and knowledge very impressed
