Your engineer Adam was excellent
Adam was excellent - he rang first, and arrived halfway through the time slot as I had requested. He removed his shoes before entering (without being asked) and was thoroughly professional in all the checks he made. He renewed all the batteries, also advising me to buy them from Banham in the future, as insurance might not cover any bought from other suppliers. Five stars! Thank you.

Banhams door entry expert came to my rescue !
My entry system to open our electric gates stopped working, a critical fault. Phoned Banhams in a panic and Ayden, a door entry system expert arrived shortly after, found the fault very quickly, harmony was restored and I would highly recommend Ayden who was courteous, efficient and knowledgable.

Totally incompetent with no-one to complain to
There is no customer service at Banham's. My annual service was carried out 6 months into the Contract. 4 months late I was given a morning call. The engineer didn't show up.
I have tried to complain but am always referred back to the service department who are incompetent.
I have asked for the name of a Director to write to and been refused.
