Open box item was out of stock and I am being sent a new one in its place.

My email describing a new battery issue was responded to by Olivia within less than one day. She located my order, understood the problem, offered one solution, and was able to accept the solution I requested.

Service was really quick and very helpful getting my software switched from Chinese to English. Olivia sent me a diagram of the software and what to click on.

The customer service team is amazing. Quick to assist with any issues and find mutually agreed upon solutions. I don't like the return policy so much, where you get a percentage back depending on how soon you return it, and why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars.

i had 1 of 4 batteries crashed in the parcel and the support changed it with a new one very quickly.

I had an issue with my squelch and too much interference. The helpdesk emailed me within a few hours and outlined a solution for me. I tried it and it worked. Another impressive feature was the call back I got a day later. That’s good customer service. Great job Olivia keep it up

I was having some initial trouble programming my Baofeng radios (5RM--GMRS radio) using a computer and the programming cable, but after reaching out to them, I received excellent advice in how to do it.

I also received follow-up contacts making sure all was OK, which is frankly, amazing! I immediately purchased another Baofeng radio for amateur band use. Very pleased with the service I have received.

I was experiencing an issue with the DM32UV software, and I sent a tech service inquiry. I received a response within 24 hours with the solution.
I believe that the issue I was experiencing is common, and I think it should have been included in the FAQ.
However, excellent customer service.

I had a question about programming software, and they answered me within the next day and gave me expert advice.

I found Baofeng customer service to be a cut above the rest. I had received a defective part in my new order. I sent a request for a replacement part, with a video at there directive. The replacement part was shipped the same day and I received it the following day for my trip. Thank you all at Baofeng.

I purchased a used-like new from recently and found the devices to good. After unboxing I found a missing component and reached out to the manufacturer who then promptly redirected me to the seller. I must say that both manufacturer & seller were on point to resolve my concern in a timely manner.
I’m yet to put my device to field use, but I’m quite happy with the responses received in a timely manner from both manufacturer and seller.

I have one of their newest products and I had some questions. While some of them couldn't be answered right away, I have every confidence that they will get back to me soon. I have had several emails with a delightful customer service representative who has been very helpful and patient. I know where to go if I have more questions.
